This set off essential pizza-making tools is great as inexpensive starter tools for making pizza. Each piece does the job well (especially the cutter), and they are the minimum you'll need if you make pizzas regularly, 10-12 inches in diameter or smaller. The peel, specifically, is 12" wide, and 12" from the edge to the wooden handle. Any pie bigger than that will hang off the edges - OK when cooked, but sloppy before cooking. The material is fairly heavy gauge aluminum, which is sturdy enough to handle even a heavy pie with all the toppings, but thin enough to easily slide under a pie while placing it in, or removing it from, the oven. The handle is hefty also, and wide enough that the peel shouldn't twist and drop while moving an off-center pie. The cutter is, likewise, of sturdy construction. The integrated rolled handle should keep it straight forever, and the sharpened edge make quick work of the toughest pies. The removable edge guard is also well made and will prevent accidents in the utensil drawer. Finally, the spatula is handy for both pizzas and other pies and cakes. It is sturdy and well made, if a little small for larger pizzas. The fact that the handle is foldable may allow it to be stored in some cabinets - I don't really need that in my kitchen, as I have found an area that doesn't require it to fold. But the knob is a good size for gripping and turning if you need to use it, and the handle locks in place for use to prevent any slippage.

I was thankful that we had a frozen pizza on hand for me to test these pizza tools out. (I have always wanted to try the rocker.) The paddle had to be assembled by attaching the handle to the metal sheet. Nothing too difficult. The rocker comes with a guard to protect the sharpness when being stored, as well as humans who might be looking through a drawer or other storage area. I ordered this for the pizza peel, and I really like it. I finally convinced my husband we've been doing it all wrong 😏 and I got out the pizza stone, heated it up really well, and slid the frozen pizza in, after embellishing it as always, using the peel, with higher temps than the box recommends. The pizza was so. much. better. This pizza peel assembled easily, is light weight due to being made from aluminum, and although you can fold down the handle, it also has a leather strap for hanging (I'm hanging mine, on a rack on some shelves we have where I keep my aprons). The rocker cutter has a nice blade cover on it, and the cover is a necessity: the cutter is sharp. It also comes with a pizza spatula. All in all a nice set. This really is a nice set for the price, nothing super fancy, but if you're just making frozen pizza now and then, this will definitely up your pizza game. I should have started using the stone and peel a long time ago - the crust turns out so much better when you can just slide the pizza onto a super hot stone.

The Klyro Pizza Spatula is perfect for our purposes, that is making 12” pizzas on a stone in a 500℉-home oven. How it performs or if the handle is long enough for a high temperature pizza oven I can’t say, we don’t have one. It does have a wood handle. The spatula itself is a 12” x 14” plate of aluminum. The Rocker Cutter works fine too, and doesn’t require an inordinate amount of downward pressure to cut pizza. The little wood and aluminum pie slice spatula isn’t something we’ll use for pizza, however it’s sturdy enough and will come in handy for other baked goods. The wood handle of the large spatula is held on with a bolt and decorative nut and when loosened, folds into the spatula for more convenient storage, a handy feature. As I write this review, I notice that there is a 40% off coupon available for the set, making the cost around $13; if you need a pizza spatula, you can’t go wrong at its regular price, but for $13 it’s super deal.

My husband is aching to get a pizza oven and I ordered this set to get him started on his new hobby of crafting homemade pizzas. The serving spatula type of tool seems just OK, maybe better suited to a small piece of pie. The wheel is a good one to get started with, but he may decide to upgrade at a layer point. The real selling point for me was the cutter. He used to work in a pizzeria that used this type of tool for cutting the pizza and he was excited to start using this cutter. It also has a very sturdy safety to cover it. This also comes in a nice box and makes a good gift presentation. I'm not saying these are high end professional level tools, but they get the job done for someone making pizza at home.

Item arrived in its normal box, no Amazon box. The screw to hold the peel to the handle is missing. Can a replacement screw be sent or does it have to be replaced? What size and type of screw might be needed? The peel and cutter look and feel fine but the overall function is broken since theres no way to hold the handle on.
