I have always wanted to try one of these rocker blade pizza cutters. I finally got one and WOW! I may as well throw my old rolling pizza cutters away! This rocker blade pizza cutter is an amazing kitchen tool ! First off , the quality of this tool is very good. It feels study and the handhold is wood so easy to grip . The knife blade is super sharp! Be mindful when washing it as I sliced my thumb not realizing how sharp it is . Of course the sharpness makes cutting through pizza incredibly easy. No topping dragged off as happens with a pizza rolling cutter . Cutting a pizza with this tool makes getting evenly cut slices so simple . So far , I’ve used it on a pizza , I also made homemade noodles and this made cutting them so quick and easy. I also had made a pan of zucchini bars with a penuche icing . I lined the baking pan with parchment so I was able to lift the finished bars out of the pan and then cut the bars into squares using this tool . They cut so evenly and the crumbly penuche stayed perfectly intact This tool would be great for pans of brownies or any other bar type cake ! Dividing dough like the noodle dough or bread , or pie dough is a a cinch using this tool. Washing this tool is a breeze and the sleeve to protect the blade when not in use fits well and protects not only the blade but assures that one doesn’t cut one’s hands . I love this tool and can’t believe I’ve waiting so long before trying one! I’d give it more than 5 stars if I could ! Anyone who does a lot of baking will appreciate this tool. The price is very fair for the quality of this pizza cutter blade. Excellent product ! Would very much recommend !

This review is for a rocker type pizza cutter. I’ve had the item for a few days now. I am a kitchen enthusiast. Well, as far as value is concerned, I believe it is a good value. At the time of the writing of this review, the item is six dollars. Given what it is, I think it’s worth about six dollars so the value is spot on! If you want a pizza cutter, you can get the roller type or you can get a rocker blade. This one is the rocker blade. Sadly, however, it’s only gonna cut a pizza 12 or so inches or less, because the Sharp, part of the blade is only 13 inches. So you’ll probably have to make a couple of passes if you’ve got a normal size pizza. In addition, the wood handle is riveted together. The wood does not appear to be lacquered or finished so it’s just plain raw wood riveted to the stamp steel blade. That means I don’t expect it to last very many dishwasher cycles so I would really recommend you hand wash this device. Upon delivery, the blade was definitely sharp and flexible. I am a little concerned, however that the steel is soft so I’m worried about it holding the edge for an extended period of time. One piece of advice I have is to only cut on cardboard or wood. Do not use this to cut on anything hard like metal or stone. That is because I don’t expect the way to keep it if you abuse the edge at all. Since this is stamp steel, it’s not going to be particularly hard and it’s going to dull rather easily. However, it should also be easy to sharpen given. The entire blade is exposed. Overall, I feel that this is more of a novelty than an actual kitchen instrument. I just don’t expect it to last that long and I don’t expect it to be a regularly used kitchen item in my kitchen. Given that, I’m at four stars.

Can you really go wrong with a pizza blade? The answer will always be no when it comes to food wise. This is some serious steel and it looks very intimidating out the box. Gone are the days of the small, hand rolling circle wheel. Now we play with the big boys by having this massive blade that simply takes one rock across and you can cut the average Large size pizza in half! No more several go over or rolling for dear life. This also prevents you from having to touch piping hot pizza in order to separate pieces. The most you do with this is rock it twice while applying pressure and the slices separate easily. We love it! To clean, rinse under hot water with soap. Don't put this in the dishwasher as it will dull the blade. Super happy with this!

I was so excited to get this pizza rocker blade. What an improvement over the standard wheel-style cutter. The 14-inch stainless steel blade slices through even thick crusts cleanly in just a few rocking motions, keeping toppings in place and cutting evenly across the whole pizza. It feels solid and well-balanced, not flimsy at all, and the protective cover is an added plus for safe storage. The dual wooden handles make it comfortable to hold and easy to control. They’re smooth, sturdy, and attached securely with rivets, giving it a classic look and a steady grip. And cleanup is just a quick hand wash and dry. Overall, it’s a well-made, sharp, and reliable tool that will make pizza nights easier and faster. This pizza cutter is not a novelty or gimmick item. Solid kitchen tool. Effective for up to a medium size pie with one pass. Blade is double beveled and factory sharp. Easy to maintain with occasional honing. Comes with a “necessary” edge guard for storage. The blade itself is on the thinner side as there is some flex to it. Blade itself is not too thin or weak. Flex is only noticeable with horizontal pressure. Overall, well constructed with decent materials. As is, based off the quality and price point. I would give it 4.5 stars. 10% thicker for extra half star and commercial application. Hands down, beats out any traditional pizza cutter. Happy to recommend not just because it’s cool, works really well too. Have to mention, as it adds to the fun factor and wife legitimately thought it was one. Pizza cutter looks exactly like a mini bat’leth.
