    • Excellent Pens for Rock Painting!
I’m a new rock painter and have been trying out acrylic paints and some paint pens. I own some other brands of paint markets as well, but a rock painter I follow on Instagram was talking about her love of PIZIArt pens. So I decided to give them a try myself. I love the colors of the pens- they are bright and colorful and match the color of the marker top very closely- so when you pick up the red marker, it’s going to be the shade of red that the top is. I have other marker brands that don’t match as well, which is frustrating. The paint flows out of the pen nib very smoothly and makes using on detailed rocks a breeze. The nibs of the pens are different than some of my other markers- the paint on these pens just flows nicely. And since I am using these for painting rocks which are not always super smooth surfaces, it’s extra important that the pens can accommodate for that, and these pens do. In addition to all of the excellent qualities I’ve just mentioned, the price point for these pens was an added bonus. I would definitely purchase these again, and hope they come out with other colors (metallic please!). ... show more

I've never painted rocks before but I really wanted to try because I wanted to have some pretty rocks dotted around my yard. They work beautifully and the colors are very vivid. I liked that the tips were very fine and allowed me to put some great detail into my work. I'm no artist but I was able to recreate some cute rocks I'd seen on Pinterest and they look awesome in my yard. I think I'm going to buy some small pots of acrylic paint so that I can paint the whole rock with a single color as a background without wasting the pens and then i can just use them just for the finer details. I used a glaze I bought at Hobby Lobby to seal the rock so it would be weather proof. Would recommend these if you want to have a go at painting some rocks! ... show more

I absolutely love these pens as soon as you get them writing, they continue right away and with great coverage. I have another brand and you have to shake them and press on them and shake some more. These work every time. I bought some may of last year....almost a year ago and they are still working great. Ordered another so that I had some in both places I use them instead of having to carry them back and forth. I have tried a lot of different paint pens and these are the BEST!!! ... show more

I love these paint pens. They are the best ones I have ever purchased! First, the flow in which they write is consistent. I paint rocks and these pens make me look like I am a professional, and I am a beginner. The point is fine and I really like that I can paint small details. I also love that the colors are vibrant, mainly, I love the the red is RED! In other brands that I have tried, the red is more of a pink tone. This is the first set of paint markers I have bought and they are very good. They are easy to use. You pretty much just shake them to get the color mixed inside the pen and then push down until the paint flows to the point (justThe tip is fine enough for detail work. Depending on your work surface, you may notice some bleeding but that I believe is not the fault of the pen.
