We bought these for a large group of teenagers to decorate a book they were given to read. That was a group of 22. Then they went to the family Christmas party for our grandchildren and nieces and nephews children to use. There were probably 15 of them there. They are still all working except the red... lid was left off too long and it was Christmas. Great product and totally recommend for others.

These are amazing to work with, very pigmented, and do work on multiple surfaces. There's so much ink in them and the tips are great for detailed work. However, this product is not perfect. After around 3 months of un-use, the markers become unusable. And the tips do eventually become soft after maybe a week of lots of use. The markers do indeed "work" on many different types of surfaces, however, just because they work does that mean that they stick on, you can easily scrape these off of plastic. I understand that you can buff to make it stick on longer, but its advertised as being able to be used directly on plastic, so take the product description with a pinch of salt! It's also pretty hard to start using these pens, it takes a long time to activate them, which is both good and bad. Means they've never been used before, and won't leak during shipping, but for people who don't want to sit there for minutes activating their pen, this might not be a fit!

Edited to add: After my initial review, the seller contacted me asking for more details and to ensure I was using them properly. I was. They offered to refund my money or send me a replacement set. I opted for a replacement set. This set is great! Shake a little, prime two times, and the paint flows. Came back two days later and they still work beautifully. The first set I received must have been a dud because this set is great. No blobs, they don’t dry out, the nib is pointy, good coverage. I’d recommend these any day. Also of note, at no point did the seller ask me to change my review. Original review: These were terrible. Some pens didn't work despite rigorous shaking. The rest worked once then dried up. No amount of shaking or pushing down on the tips worked. The paint was a thin and didn't have good coverage.
