I've tried several brands of white pen to make highlights on my coloring pages, but none of them have worked very well. I decided to try these out... and I'm very glad I did! They work so much better than any of the other brands I've tried. You do have to shake and prime them before use, but that only takes a few seconds. The paint itself comes out very smoothly, and it is quite opaque. It releases the perfect amount of paint from the tip, and it doesn't remove pigment if you go back over your line like other brands do. This set comes with both black and white pens. I wasn't sure if I would find use for the black pens, but they work great to redefine the black lines in my coloring books if needed. The only negative I can think of is that these splatter a bit when pushing down on the tip to prime the paint. Just do this part away from your work, and there will be no problem. I will definitely repurchase these when mine run dry.

I kept seeing these all over TikTok and finally gave in. They’re actually really good! I’ve been using them on my coloring pages and the colors go on smooth and bold. The fine tip is perfect for details, and they don’t bleed through the paper. Fun colors, easy to use, and a great little set to have around.

Great quality! The size of the pen is great. The pens do seem to splatter a bit sometimes, so be cautious of that. Be careful not to smudge your work by not letting the acrylic dry long enough. They are great for fine lines and to color in larger areas of work.

I’m a professional artist and I have very high expectations for new art supplies. I was expecting these to be ok but they’re actually really good! They’re great for fine outlines and detail work. The only reason I’m not giving them 5 stars is that they have a very limited use life once you use them. They tend to get cloggy as the paint thickens and it’s hard to restore smooth flow. The tip also requires some practice as they do “catch” sometimes and then flick paint spray when they pop back. That being said, if you know you’re going to be using them consistently - definitely worth the money and I WILL be ordering them again.

I bought these paint pens after seeing them advertised online, and I have used them in every major art project since they arrived. In particular, I am obsessed with the gold and the white. They aren't runny, dry fast, stay moist when not in use, and go on opaque. The gold and silver are highly metallic, and they reflect light perfectly in my art pieces. I wish they sold just gold and just white because I will absolutely need to repurchase those two colors in the future. The other colors are fun and bright and opaque, too, and when I'm ready to use them, I know they'll be there for me.
