the packaging was opened previously as the label was torn that seals the carton the product came in. Because it is a Christmas gift for a colleague at work needed by next day, I did not return it. Hopefully the pillow itself is ok. I didn't open it up to check. If someone returns something, repackage so the next person doesn't feel jilted. So diappointed

This neck pillow is very comfortable, and we used it on a long flight to Italy-However, the storage "bag" is awful hence the 3 stars. We had previously purchased the Cabeau neck pillow over a year ago and used the case that came with to store the Pixie Mood . The original storage in my opinion is not travel friendly, no way to clip on your suitcase. The pillow itself is great as to why it's one of Oprah's favorite things is probably because she doesn't have to carry (or wheel) her own suitcases lol

Esthetically cute and comfy travel pillow, great colour's to choose from. I know others who bought with similar pillow profiles, but it just became a normal pillow that was clunky and took up way too much space in the luggage. The pouch was a great idea, though a bit hard to quickly stuff it in, but when you're waiting to be let off the plane, it's all the time you need! Hand for scale as well. Can't wait to use it for my travels!

The product is very soft & comfortable, but they were shipped in a plastic bag that damaged all the packaging. I thought it would be a great idea to have a storage case, but it is REALLY hard to fit it back in it.

This neck pillow hits the cartilage of the ear making the ears sore. Also, there is no way it fits back into the carrying case. Both my husband and I tried this pillow with the same result.
