I had a different color pillow of this and I lost it on vacation. I promptly replaced it with this version. It’s super comfortable, nice and cushy, and it’s easy to fold into its little carrier. I don’t just use it on the plane. I’ve used it as I’m reading - it supports my head, providing a comfortable angle while reading in bed.

Oddly shaped. Not suitable for taller people or those with long necks. If your neck is short, it may be useful. My rear jaw bone to side collar bone is 5.25 inches. Not enough height on this product to be comfortable.

I find this neck pillow to be pretty comfortable and well-fitting and I like the adjustable toggle. The silicone carrying case it a nice add on because it helps make it a little more compact for travel when not in use. It's easy to take on and off, I give it 4/5 stars in terms of its comfort. The shape could be a little more supportive for my neck IMO.

We used this product one time and the clasp broke. Tried to notify the company with no response. I know my return timeline is out but I didn't use the product right away. I would highly recommend not to deal with this company.

Never had a neck pillow come with a case so that was really awesome! I have wanted a travel pillow for awhile and saw this was good online, absolutely love it. Feels comfy, very soft, already used it in a long car ride. No issues with sleep or anything. Carrying case is a bit small and just kinda seems odd to have for a pillow but I think for many people it will be a huge upside so you don't look weird walking through the airport. Overall great item and use it all the time when traveling!
