It feels really good on your neck, I liked that you can close it into a full circle so it won't be opening like the most common neck pillows, it gives you more comfort. I liked that you can remove the cover and wash it , it was really easy to put it back on the bag and I can use the clasp to have it hanging from my backpack if I don't want to pack it in. The color in the website photo is Black and described as "Black." When I received the item, it was actually gray, and the case was black. The pillow seems fine; I haven't had the chance to try it, but the color I received (twice) makes the item look very cheap.
