It feels really good on your neck, I liked that you can close it into a full circle so it won't be opening like the most common neck pillows, it gives you more comfort. I liked that you can remove the cover and wash it , it was really easy to put it back on the bag and I can use the clasp to have it hanging from my backpack if I don't want to pack it in. Loved the color and quality, excited to use it on my trip next month

Oddly shaped. Not suitable for taller people or those with long necks. If your neck is short, it may be useful. My rear jaw bone to side collar bone is 5.25 inches. Not enough height on this product to be comfortable.

The color in the website photo is Black and described as "Black." When I received the item, it was actually gray, and the case was black. The pillow seems fine; I haven't had the chance to try it, but the color I received (twice) makes the item look very cheap.

I find this neck pillow to be pretty comfortable and well-fitting and I like the adjustable toggle. The silicone carrying case it a nice add on because it helps make it a little more compact for travel when not in use. It's easy to take on and off, I give it 4/5 stars in terms of its comfort. The shape could be a little more supportive for my neck IMO.
