It feels really good on your neck, I liked that you can close it into a full circle so it won't be opening like the most common neck pillows, it gives you more comfort. I liked that you can remove the cover and wash it , it was really easy to put it back on the bag and I can use the clasp to have it hanging from my backpack if I don't want to pack it in. I find this neck pillow to be pretty comfortable and well-fitting and I like the adjustable toggle. The silicone carrying case it a nice add on because it helps make it a little more compact for travel when not in use. It's easy to take on and off, I give it 4/5 stars in terms of its comfort. The color in the website photo is Black and described as "Black." When I received the item, it was actually gray, and the case was black. The pillow seems fine; I haven't had the chance to try it, but the color I received (twice) makes the item look very cheap.

This was a comfortable travel pillow during the 2 flights it took to go from Chicago to Auckland and back again. It packed up nicely and was easy to squish down into my rollerboard when not in use. I love the fact that I was able to take off the cover and wash it after each long haul flight.
