I use this on my Nikon D750. It works very well and does what I need it to do. Great for long exposures. Only issue is every now and then the trigger will stop registering and I have to unplug the cable and reseat the trigger on the hotshoe for it function again. Not a big deal, just a little frustrating when it happens.

Update: After problems with the remote powering on, the manufacturer reached out to me and offered a free replacement to try again. I accepted the offer and this one performed as advertised. It is possible that I had a bad batch of batteries. This updated review shows that the manufacturer makes every effort to satisfy their customers. Do NOT buy this item. Receiver on the first one I ordered would not power on with new batteries. Thinking it was just a defective item I returned the order for a replacement. The second order had the same problem, receiver would not power on with new batteries. Contacted manufacturer support who advised to install new batteries. This company lacks quality control but Amazon gets high marks for their return policy.

It is functional with my Sony a550, but it does not mount to the Sony hot shoe on the top of the camera. I would need to buy a separate adapter to mount the receiver. Very disappointing that it doesn't just mount to the camera.

Does not work with Nikon Z5 cameras. The Cable is not the correct cable, though it works on my Nikon D5300 I will just add this to the stack. This should have came with bluetooth. The controller I purchased for the Z series that is bluetooth works for that camera, just does not have a timer. Much needed design for this controller.

I got this for my Nikon D800, for longer lens 600mm to 1300mm range and I love it. Super quick to setup and use, the settings are quick to switch between but make sure you change the camera to match. The light up remote is great for night time photography. Great value and use it almost every night now.
