So far I have loved this pool vacuum!! it took 3 rounds of charging and running the first day because I didn't realize how dirty my pool was! I have a 26 foot above ground intex, it does climb the sides and doesn't get stuck on the bottom like my old cheap one did. it does not go on the steps though it's too difficult for it, and they're hard plastic steps. it picks up sand and all other tiny particles sitting on the bottom. I'm not sure about charging speed because I plug it in at night and put in the pool in the morning before I leave work if needed so that I can come in from work and enjoy my pool without having to clean. it parks at the side for easy removal most of the time, one time it stopped in the middle. it is easy to take out the bag and clean and put back together, takes me like 2 minutes to hose it out. Purchasing this vacuum was the best decision I've made for my pool, saves me so much time and is so easy to use. I'll try to upload video at some point and will give updates if anything starts going wrong with it.

It works great and it is very simple to use. I have a 36 x 17 Grecian style vinyl inground pool with a deep end. It can climb slopes and walls. I really like the large capacity bag and the ease of cleaning. I am in the Northeast and we get a lot of spring pollen from the trees. I was happy to see it was able to pick up pollen and dust like particles on the bottom. It probably helped that I used a clarifier to bind the small particles together. The instructions say to keep your chemicals in balance for optimal wall climbing. Charging was less than 3 hours which is fine because I wouldn't be using it again for at least a day. The price was terrific. I can't review the durability because I just got it but I will make sure to take care of it with a quick rinse off of fresh water after use and to store it properly.

Unit quit working after three uses. On the first use the unit stopped in the middle of the pool. Picked up a lot of debris. Second and third use stopped at edge of the pool and picked up normal amount of debris. Forth use unit powers up but will not move. Called customer service and they could not troubleshoot . I returned to Amazon for a full refund

Tried several higher priced models but did not get the results I got with this one. Lightweight and results were good. Climbed walls without getting stuck on steps and quickly covered the bottom. The leaf bag is also bigger than the other's basket. On the downside, the leaf bag takes a bit more effort to remove, clean and replace than other models. Charging port cover could be easier with a plastic cover rather than screw in cap.

This little robot has saved me so much time cleaning my pool! We have an inground concrete pool and this thing has no problem going from the shallow end to the deep end and back. Plus it even goes up the walls! Its kind of random in its travels, but it goes for almost 2 hours, so it gets most of it. I just take it out, charge it for 3 hours and put it back in!

This is the first product review I have ever done but it deserves it. At hundreds less, the item has not let us down. We use it 2-3 times a week and it meets all of our expectations. Do not hesitate to purchase because of the great price. Runs for a few hours and takes a couple hours to charge. Cleans 98% of our 20x40 with one charge.

This particular pool cleaner does a decent job of cleaning, but it hangs up on the main drain and you have to remove it manually. You have to turn the pool pump off and leave it off, while it cleans. You have to get in the pool and turn it back and forth to get the air out or it won’t go to the bottom of the pool, unlike others that you just drop in the pool. When the vacuum climbs the wall it will turn upside down and fall back to the bottom. Apparently the charging cap doesn’t seal properly, there was moisture under the cap. Last but certainly not least, cleaning the filter is a serious pain. You have to remove a section of the bottom to take out the filter, which is just a cloth and you need to remember how you took it out or spend a lot of time trying to figure out how to replace it. Not an easy task. Maybe I just got one made on Friday or Monday. For these reasons, I am sending it back to Amazon and investing more for another brand at a higher price point. I hope this helps someone in the future. There were a lot of great reviews I guess I just got a bad one.
