Update: after posting the original review (note that I contacted the company about the zipper before I posted the original review), I was contacted and offered $30 dollars to remove my review. I counter-offered saying I would change it to 5 stars and post an update saying that they took care of me and was now happy, but they said I had to erase the part where the zipper failed. I don't really think that's ethical so I declined and am now downgrading to 2-stars because these are very shady tactics to cover up flaws in their products and maintain high ratings. ---------- Original 3 star review Great suitcase, but zipper failed just after 18 months of use and the warranty only covers zippers for 18 months.     • Holds A Lot for 20 inches !

I was able to pack 9 outfits, 3 pairs of shoes, makeup and jewelry bag, belts, underwear, 7 pairs of headbands for my hair, and face masks! In the video I didn't point out the zipper part section.. but you can see it has masks on the top part and in the bottom zipper part I had about 6 headbands for my hair. This luggage is very sturdy and expandable! The wheels are sturdy as well. I had no problems with the handle and wheeling this through all of the airports. It fits perfectly in the top carry-on caddy of an airplane. The handles on the sides help you to pick it up when you do put it in the airplane overhead carry-on bag compartment.     • Stayed hard sided and easy to maneuver

I used this on a 2 week trip to Europe, including train, plane and bus trips. I like how the bag remained hard sided after a trip abroad, the fact that it has a side and top handle for ease of carrying when necessary, the TSA lock embedded into the suitcase and the ease of rolling it through the airport. I would prefer the suitcase if it offered the option to expand it (via a second zip), but it only has the one zipper. The other disadvantage to a hard sided case is the you only have the space that is defined by the case - in other words, it doesn't expand when packed like a soft sided suitcase does. I also became a bit concerned when the zipper came apart after zipping it, but once I unzipped it and re-zipped it the zipper held. This may have been due to the fact that I had overfilled it. So, as I said, there is no room for expansion. Next time I will put a strap around the suitcase in the even that the zipper doesn't hold (I was a bit concerned that it may come apart while being transferred between flights). As an aside, I used the Nomadz Compression packing cubes (ordered through Amazon), which allowed me to pack more clothes than just putting them in the suitcase rolled (I tried both ways). I recommend those cubes as it not only helped with packing, but it also allowed me to keep my clothes organized when taking them out of the suitcase. ... show more

I was very impressed with the cool life luggage set that I bought these two 28” suitcases. The one that came in my set consisted of the large 28”, medium, and small case (the big grey one). I bought it last year in 2017 for a trip in December. This year my family and I are traveling to Cali and Mexico for the end of the year. I bought the blue and black suit case for my wife and I. I was planning on giving the grey one to my son. However, as you can see in the pictures, I bought the wrong ones thinking I was buying the same one. The new ones are smaller and the wheels are different. The handle is shorter so I hope you have extra length. It still feels like it rides smooth though. With the big grey one, I was able to fit 8 days of clothes for my son, wife, and I. Minus the make up bags.... I give the new suitcases a four star only because of the fact that it’s slightly smaller then the older one. They still use the same locking mechanism which is simple to use. The middle suitcase in my old one got locked up and I couldn’t open it. I called customer service and asked for a new lock to be sent but instead, the company refunded me the value of that suitcase. They were very understanding, although I wished o could of received a new lock. ... show more

Just received it and this looks likes it’s going to be perfect for my week-long vacation. Hard outer shell looks like it’ll hold up to rough baggage handling, TSA locks are convenenient if just to hold the zipper handles in place and out of the way, wheels are well-balanced and move easily and the telescoping handle tucks away smoothly. The interior is roomy and the cargo netting and pockets are very convenient. Should be perfect for storing away any electronics I take with me that always need inspected and easily accessible the moment they open it up. Plenty of extra space beneath that to bring back double the weight in gifts. *Update: 02/02/19 This suitcase has gone through a couple trips/vacations and has taken everything that TSA, luggage handlers, hotel personnel and whatever else the world of travel can throw at it in stride. The first couple trips left some marks on the outside that I was able buff out with car wax, but nothing more. This has been well worth the price. ... show more

I loved the look and idea of this suitcase. Perfect size for what we needed, everything seemed great and I was super happy with it…then we got off the plane and headed to baggage claim. All our stuff had been placed in a bag because the suitcase busted open during the flight. This was the FIRST USE! However, too much time had passed since I purchased to return the item. I do not recommend this suitcase at all. UPDATE: After reading my review, the seller did reach out to me and refund my money.
