The only thing I don't like about this product is the size of the "hand grip" in between the left and right side of the weights. The hand grip (I don't know what else to call it) is really big, at least for my hands, which might be a little smaller than most men; I don't do any manual labor or construction. After I use these weights for a few months I wouldn't be surprised if my hands increase in size by 10% just because of the size of the grip. It doesn't feel good and it's just enough discomfort to make having any momentum discourage me. But I bought the product and I'm keeping it, but be sure the grip fits comfortably in your hand. I wouldn't buy a gun if the hand grip was too big, so have the same consideration with weights. ... show more
