The pitcher's pocket net is a great product-very sturdy, easy to assemble-just slide in the legs. I have 3 pitchers, all age ranges, so its versatile without adjustment-each just aims for their selected strike zone. When my oldest pitches hard, the balls dont stay in the net but the younger girls, 9 & 11, it works great!

This is a great piece of equipment to have for at home practicing in the yard. Very happy with the ease of set up. It really helps my daughter to zone in and try to place the ball. Pitching involves lots of hours of practice and this certainly helps make those hours become more effective.

After getting review from our club team owner "Don't even think about investing in those cheaper ones which breaks pretty easily" and doing my own review from various sites, we have decided to purchase this high grade 9 Hole net. A bit heavy for kids to carry but it fits into my SUV (Honda Pilot) to take out to the field for practice. Only complains I have is the mold smell that came with it. After opening the box, we immediately noticed the mold smell (probably inside of the cushion?) which does not go away even after few months. It must have been in the high humidity storage for a long time... This review could have been perfect without such bad smell. Other than that, it is a very well constructed, durable and easy to assemble product.

I have used the Pitcher's Pocket with my T-Ball team and my Juniors (15U) team. I've used it for a variety of different drills. It is a bit wider than the plate, but I like that aspect for youth players. There is a smaller version if you're looking to work with a more precise zone.

So my son is now pitching in high school. I won't catch for him any more - it hurts! His coach recommended this to help with accuracy and to save my wrist and hand. This stands up to his ptches - it hasn't fallen over yet. Best part is I'm now a bingo caller telling him which pocket to hit. The coach says his accuracy has gone way up, and he is throwing harder too. Highly recommend.

I bought this strike zone trainer to be used for the baseball teams I coach. When it arrived it looked great, very sturdy and easy to put together. The pockets seemed durable and overall I was happy with the purchase. Then I put it over a plate. It's quite a bit wider than an actual plate by a few inches. I was hoping to use this to train kids on the strike zone, but now have something that allows for a bit of wiggle room and play around the plate on both sides. Not terrible, but seems it would make sense to have this product be only as wide as a standard home plate.

My son pitches for 10U, so this should be fine. But should’ve ordered the 30x20 Pitchers Pocket Pro. The Pro Pocket is a more realistic strike zone. Other than that, for little league should be fine since most umpires are more forgiving. Works great to help with accuracy when placed at other positions (2nd Base: to work on double plays, 1st Base: Pitcher pickoffs, Home Plate: to work on pick offs at home, etc.). It was a quick and easy setup, and very durable. My son throws at avg 45-50mpg and pegs the frame at times which sometimes can surprisingly simulate a short hit or foul. So short of me wishing I ordered the Pro Pocket, I was overall satisfied with it and would recommend to any pitcher beginner.
