Bought two… one came damaged. Seeing how it was packaged, I know it was due to delivery mishandling. I called amazon for replacement and eventually got a refund for the one. It was a stress free process for me. They handled it with patience and quickly. Also, they did the return pickup request and was done the following day. I reordered another and still happy with my purchases. I have two poodle dogs and they love it. I don’t have to have their other cages in my room taking up space. Everyone loves these and I highly recommend it. I love the charging station too. it also has a very comfy bed to go over the tray. FYI: when placing the front facing part of the nightstand… ensure the “dog bone” is towards the floor… its how the removable tray gets locked in- doesn’t say it in the instructions. A little obstacle with delivery handling but (again) it was packaged well. I think my delivery driver is just tired of my amazon orders 😂…

I really like this cage for my 15 pound small dog he loves it. You don’t need an extra bed , I got him a bed and he took it out , we have it as his room to sleep and when we are not home . The lock is good because he is a good dog I don’t know if it will hold if you have a bad boy
