I have tried many of the tires available for my bike, and these are the best I've tried. Excellent price, too. Stable, grippy, and don't follow grooves in the road like my old Metzelers did. I have ridden in the rain only once and it was light. As far as I can tell they gripped really well, but I was being extra careful. My old Metzelers used to slip if there was dew on the road, so it definitely seems like an improvement.     • Kendas are all I use now.
My riding is on varied types of roads. Although these are excellent. Kendas seem better on dirt/gravel roads. Kendas handle the twists on asphalt roads better than any other brands that I've used over 50+ years too.

I absolutely love this tire. The grip is amazing, the ride is great. This is my first time buying pirelli, will most definitely not be my last. Will update when I find out how it does with mileage.

The tire is great, the price was great, but the description says it includes a neck gator which I never received and when I called about it they told me it didn’t come with one they just use the same image for all their tires

    • my bike now feels solidly on the road
i had just removed the original Bridgestone Exedras from my Yamaha Vstar 1100. The old tires tracked on every slight grove in the road, felt like marbles on gravel, and felt like hydroplaning on even the dampest road surface. I thought there was something wrong with my bike and was actually going to sell it. I put on the new Pirelli Route MT tires. wow what a difference! My bike now feels solidly attached to the road, even feels solid on gravel. what an amazing difference! ... show more

This is my second set of RT66 tires they have been great for me. i got a solid 9 K out of them. The tires let you know when to change them they start to whine like a bearing is going around 2k before they need to be changed. The bike becomes a bit sluggish shortly after that.
