Before doing ANYTHING else, find, open, and fluff the pillows, bolsters, and armrests at least a day before building the platforms. We're on day 1, so we'll update this as we progress. We like the color and texture of the Light Gray fabric. The instructions are easy to understand and complete. And yes, the two boxes MAY be delivered separately, but the company will investigate if you're concerned (you'll even talk with a real person). Next day... putting screws blindly into hidden holes while bending over for a 70 + person is nuts, but it can be done... eventually. Two items arrived with defects. The Customer Service (see the Manual's Cover) is great! Replacements are coming next week. Pillows still seem a little limp... will give it another day.

I’ve been on the hunt for an oversized accent chair to complete my living room, and when I saw this one, I ordered it right away. It arrived quickly and was easy to put together. Everything fluffed up beautifully—except for the back cushion, which was noticeably thinner than the rest. The seat and surrounding cushions are very comfortable, and the included pillow adds a nice touch. The chair color is exactly as pictured, which was a relief, and it brings a cozy, stylish vibe to the space. I especially love the generous size - it’s perfect for curling up with a book or lounging with a blanket. While the back cushion could use a bit more padding, it’s not a dealbreaker. The overall comfort and aesthetic make this chair a solid addition to any room. It’s well-made, easy to assemble, and offers a great balance of style and function. Highlights - Oversized design perfect for lounging - Easy assembly with well-fluffed cushions - Stylish and true to photos - Comfortable seat and pillow If you’re looking for a roomy accent chair that adds charm and comfort to your space, this one’s a good find. I Would Recommend!

What a lovely footstool, ottoman. This is lovely deep green which goes well with my deep green loveseat and my lime green oversized adult beanbag. The fabric is a rich corduroy that will collect tons of cat hair, like most plush fabrics. The height is nice and it will be used as a sitting stool as much as a foot stool. The size is very generous and will take a good portion of the space in my living room, but I love it so much I don't care. The item came in a roll, inside a plastic bag, inside a box, inside another box.... But I enjoyed watching it expand and I did not have any offgassing. There were no strange smells. The whole thing has a zipper, I guess you might be able to take it off and wash it, but I doubt the fabric would be the same after, I am not going to try it for you. If I need to wash it, I will update the review, but I will try to keep it clean and avoid the need to try to remove the cover and wash it A very beautiful fabric in a great color and I love the whole thing. if you can use a good sturdy footstool, I do recommend this one.

This hair is super comfy with lots of padding! It is a deep seated chair so you feel enveloped in it. It has a strong but comfy fabric that can be washed! The color is an attractive green that reminds me of muted kelly green that is attractive and fits natural colored decor or can be a stunning colored piece in a neutral room. It has a metal frame so it is very durable!!! It has springs with soft foam for the seat so it is very comfortable and supportive. The foam only chairs tend to sink over time - that won't happen with this chair. A beautiful chair that was easy to assemble and feels great! LOVE IT!

I love this Pipishell modern accent chair! It was very easy to build—everything went together smoothly in just a short time. The velvet fabric feels soft and looks elegant, and the thick cushion with wide armrests makes it incredibly comfortable to relax in. Perfect for reading or just lounging, and the removable cushion and cover make it easy to keep clean. Absolutely worth it!
