  • Heats Up Quickly and Works Very Well
Color: Black
I've been very happy with this steamer. It heats up quickly, produces plenty of steam, and does a great job getting wrinkles out of clothes without having to pull out the ironing board. It's especially convenient for quickly touching up shirts, dresses, and other clothes right before wearing them. The handheld design is easy to use and the steam output is strong enough that you aren't spending forever going over the same area. It's also compact enough to store without taking up much room. Very convenient, works well, and gets used much more often than our regular iron. ... show more

  • Love this Conair Turbo ExtremeSteam 1875w steamer!
Color: White
I bought this Conair steamer as we use it for our business to steam clothes before photographing. It works super fast and steams all the garments beautifully! I am saving so much time by not having to wait forever for the old one I had to "warm up", and finally it just died on me. The only negative on this product is the small container for water. I wish it held more water, as I'm having to keep refilling often, and the filling area is a tiny hole and it's hard to get water in it without some spilling over. Other than that, I love this steamer and would highly recommend! Please note to only use distilled water, or minerals will clog this or any steamer you use. ... show more

  • Not as good as an actual iron or dry cleaners but excellent for "I made an effort" casual
Color: White
This steamer won't create a freshly ironed/straight from the dry cleaner 100% wrinkle free effect, but does an excellent job for day to day, 'I made an effort' look. It depends on the fabric... I ordered this for next day delivery after I realized a shirt (synthetic fibers) I wanted to wear to an event the next night had fallen off the hanger and had been sitting and gathering wrinkles. Usually I wash on gentle in a garment bag, and if I hang it to dry immediately, gravity takes the wrinkles out. I didn't have enough time to do this and still have time for it to dry completely. For a lightweight poly/cotton blend, the steamer did take out every single wrinkle. While it was hot, I tried it on another lightweight 100% cotton shirt I usually dry clean, and it took out 'most' of the wrinkles, or took it to from a point of not wanting to be seen in public with it, to it being acceptable (kind of the same state as though it had been ironed, but had been worn for a few hours). I then tried it on a pretty thickly woven 100% linen tunic that I usually dry clean but had tried to wash and hang by hand to save money. Before I got the steamer, I was about to resort to taking it to the dry cleaners, but.... the steamer did struggle a bit, but after several minutes it did become 'has been worn for a few hours' wrinkly vs creased all over with wrinkles. If I had spent a lot more time and used more finesse with it, I likely might have been able to get all the wrinkles out, but I decided this one may be one to just keep taking to the cleaner. In sum, for some synthetics or synthetic blends, it's great. For more naturally prone to wrinkle fibers, it is great for a more casual and presentable, 'I didn't just pulled this off of the floor' look. I wouldn't count on it for a more formal or crisp look for say, job interviews. Plan ahead and drag out the ironing board or take it to a dry cleaners instead. H However, If you are like me and can't stand ironing or, if you don't want to continue to spend an arm and a leg at the dry cleaner for less formal wear that could really be washed on gentle cycles and hung to dry and be fine with a quick but not perfectly crisp de-wrinkling, this is a great investment. Aside, it does heat up pretty quickly. If you give it a good couple of minutes rather than the 40 seconds the instructions say, it will be more effective. The whole to fill up the water is a bit small and awkward, but do-able with a little creativity. I didn't have distilled water on hand, but tap water in my area isn't that hard, so I'm not going to bother with buying jugs of distilled water from the store. If you are constantly struggling with lime and calcium residue in your bathroom, ya, I'd get distilled water, but if your build up is very minimal... up to you. ... show more

  • Powerful Steamer That Works Fast and Gets the Job Done
Color: White
I picked up the Conair Turbo Extreme Steam handheld fabric steamer as an alternative to ironing, and it’s been a really useful tool so far. It heats up quickly in about 40 seconds so you don’t have to wait long to start using it. The steam output is strong thanks to the 1875-watt power, and it does a good job removing wrinkles from shirts, pants, and even thicker fabrics. I’ve used it on hanging clothes and it’s much more convenient than setting up an ironing board. I also like the included attachments. The brush and fabric guide help smooth things out, and the built-in plate can act a bit like an iron for sharper results. The only thing to keep in mind is that it’s slightly heavier than smaller travel steamers, but that’s expected with the extra power. Overall, this is a great option if you want a fast, powerful steamer that can handle everyday clothes and even tougher wrinkles without much effort. Not to mention easy to store away anywhere ... show more

  • Works well
Color: White
We like this but you have to go over area a few times and sometimes fabric gets wet. Heats up quickly, seemed big to us for travel.

  • Higher quality, works fast, doesn’t sputter water
Color: Black
This steamer is works incredible! It’s high quality and it feels like it when you hold it and run it across fabric, it just melts away wrinkles so easily It’s does not sputter water at all! Not even 1 tiny drop! I couldn’t believe how well my comforter and curtains became wrinkle free and it didn’t feel like a chore ... show more

  • Bulky and a bit tiring but works
Color: White
Not as good as I read on previous reviews but still did a pretty good job. The best thing is it didn't spit water like some ive used but it's really big for one and it's also heavy. If you just had an arm day at the gym or have carpal tunnel or weak in general, this isn't for you. I did a quarter of the shirt and it nearly took the whole water reservoir. I still have the other sides to go but I did just do arms yesterday at the gym so I needed a break! Lol The 3 in 1 attachment is really hard to put on, i just gave up and will make my fiance do it later. With the water reservoir it is a super tiny area to fill the water so you do need like a measuring cup with a spout or something. It does heat up very fast and the material I steamed was polyester and spandex but looks and feels similar to silk. My wedding dress is silk so I wanted to see how it would do with a similar material. I'm planning on taking it with me to my destination wedding but my goodness it's large.. I will be taking a very large suitcase but still.. this is likely best as an at home steamer. ... show more

  • Good
Color: Blue
The steamer works well enough for light wrinkles and heats up fairly quickly. However, it takes longer than I expected on heavier fabrics, and I found myself needing multiple passes. It's decent, but not perfect. There are always have water stains on the heater
