After installing the PIONEER F-Series TS-F1634R 6.5” 2-Way Speakers, I can say they’ve exceeded what I expected for the price point. Right out of the box, these speakers feel well built — not flimsy like some budget replacements I’ve owned in the past. Installation was straightforward with factory speaker mounts in my vehicle, and they fit perfectly without any modification. The mounting hardware included gets the job done and the spring-clip terminals made connecting them to the existing wiring easy. Once I hit play, I was genuinely impressed. These aren’t “audiophile” speakers, but for everyday listening they’re crisp, balanced, and punchy. The tweeters add a nice touch of clarity to vocals and higher frequencies, while the 6.5” woofer handles midrange and bass with more authority than I expected. Sound and bass is awesome, superb speakers for the money if you don’t want to ball out but still want name brand speakers, eats over like nothing and wiring was super nice with the extra wires they give you, the compatibility and power are good for many other different cars and setups too. 10/10

    • Great replacement for Infinity OEM speakers

I picked up a 2012 Hyundai Santa Fe for my teenage daughter to drive to school and within a month, both front door speakers were blown. The car comes with the Infinity audio system and sounded great so I was a little hesitant to only spend the $30 or so for these speakers, thinking that I might appreciate the better quality by going back to speakers that were over $100/pair. I am glad I went this route. I really think these speakers sound just as good and maybe better than the factory Infinity speakers. Highs are clear and there is definitely more bass from these speakers. Installation was a little tricky but that is just because Hyundai has a proprietary mounting system with the old speakers permanently glued to the assembly and riveted to the door panel. I cut out the old speakers with a utility knife and used an oscillating tool to cut through the plastic braces to remove the speaker magnet. The Pioneer speakers for perfectly on the vehicles mount and just needed a few pilot holes drilled to screw things into place. Just make sure to also pick up the correct wiring adapter for $15. ... show more

I am very satisfied with these speakers (230W) . Installation was simple and straightforward. They are highly efficient and perform exceptionally well, even at high volume levels. I am powering them with an external amplifier and running them with a High Pass Filter (HPF), allowing a subwoofer to handle the low frequencies. This setup lets the speakers play loud and clean without any noticeable distortion. The sound quality is impressive, and they remain clear even when pushed hard.
