The MVH-S322BT is designed to accommodate the Smartphone lifestyle. When using Pioneer Smart Sync with Amazon Alexa it opens a new world for this Digital Media Receiver. Using this application, you broaden your access may it be wired or wireless. The receiver had a built-in amplifier and is equipped with three RCA pre-outs at 4V each. It has a 13-band customizable graphic equalizer and when utilizing Pioneer Smart Sync increases to 31 bands. The crossover network for this receiver is Standard Mode only. Features include Pioneer Smart Sync App with Amazon Alexa, Pandora®, and Spotify® via Bluetooth®, and USB direct control for iPhone®.

I’m not sure how to phrase the title! My husband wanted this because of the reasonable price and hoping for a brighter screen. Works well. One complaint is that you can’t change the illumination color. It’s always blue. Another is that it asks you if you want to connect to it every time you open your phone for the first time in the car. Extremely annoying at this point.

I installed this in my 1985 Suzuki Sidekick for the Bluetooth connectivity. The Bluetooth works great thru Pioneer's "Smart Sync" App. It's so nice to have a receiver that remembers to connect every time you get into your car and start it up. I listen to online radio most of the time, now when I get into the car it pairs up and starts playing the last station every time. The radio reception is good and you can make and receive phone calls when on the road by just tapping on the phone button. Just for those two functions I am more than happy with this unit. Install is very easy for single DIN car dashes, just slip in the tray, bend the tabs out and slide the receiver in to the dash. Wiring is also very easy, just follow the instructions and that's it. I don't have amps so I can't give any feedback on that part. Once its installed you can download the "Smart Sync" app on your phone, I am using Android. I used YouTube videos to get the app up and running, since the instructions that came with the receiver didn't really have enough information. At least for me. Overall for the price I don't think you can get a better unit that really does all the things that this one does reliably. They may say they can do everything but its a hassle to keep Bluetooth connected. This unit works great and it stays connected where others don't. Installed this in my girlfriend’s 2006 Scion TC, along with Infinity 6.5” References, and a Pioneer 12” champion series sub. Sound clarity is great even at loud volumes. The only feature that she doesn’t like is that it automatically plays her Apple Music instead of Spotify when the unit automatically connects via Bluetooth, but maybe there’s a way to fix that. ... show more

Arrived on time, Installed easily. Sounds Great. I'm satisfied. Be sure to tape the ends of all unused wires. I left one open-ended wire which ended up shorting out my dashboard dimmer switch. $45 to replace the switch. Evidently this is such a common problem there are YouTube videos about it.
