The quality of the product is great! It is sturdy and looks like it will hold pretty good for long time. (time will tell!) Areas need attention - 1. Need better instructions. If you are a DIYer like me - it is hard to guess which side of the plate is top or bottom. (The plate with the lines goes down on the wall, smooth side goes on top) 2. Stainless steel screws that comes with this are too short, I had to get a box of longer screws from HD. (Looks like they provided short ones on purpose so people don't hit something inside the wall like a livewire or pipe) - Make sure you don't have a pipe or live wire inside the wall if you get longer screws from HD/Lowes/Amz. (1.25 SS screws holds pretty good) 3. The top plate is hard to snap on - need a good elbow grease to squeeze bottom plate and snap the top one on at the same time. 4. The joints are not 100% waterproof - you may need 100% silicone bead around the joints. 5. Handle the elbows that come with it carefully - the plastic screw that hold both ends is flimsy. 6. I used 3 screw for each long section, you will need to predrill holes before putting it on the wall. ... show more

More affordable than most, they look fine, I'm mixed and matched with another product not suitable for that purpose. Stick with one manufacturer as it appears they have color variations of white,,, who knew, I guess I did,, but I hoped for more. I will update if I have problems with UV deteriorations, been 6 months so far so good. But I should easily be able to tell as I mixed brands keeping my fingers crossed. ... show more

    • Lot of bad molding on parts

I porchased because it contained an adjustable angle for bends (to save $ on a bender). This is also a much larger diamiter housing than other lineset covers. The top cover is manufactured too narrow to easily snap over once mounted. I used a c-clamp to pull sides in enough but still could not get the cover on. You can slide it on but it binds about halfway. The problem is when you get close to the condensor you dont have room to slide anymore. I eneded up buying the lineset cover from AC manufacture and a tubing bender. Ended up with a very professioal looking installation and threw this Pioneer cover in the trash. ... show more

Had to purchase this to replace the one I ordered for my mini split that I purchased from one of the well known home improvement stores ( rhymes with holes). They lost it and I needed it replaced. This has lots of pieces to get the job done.
