There is really not much to say of these pens! They are long lasting, incredibly smooth, and easy to control! My only complaint is that they dry a tad bit slow and will smear, but I have never had any serious trouble with it! The colors are pretty and vibrant, but not obnoxiously neon and unreadable! They are definitely worth the money if you are a student who loves taking notes or doodling like I do! (I have also had 3+ teachers notice my pens and proceed to tell me that they are a favorite! Love how smoothly and solid the ink lays down on regular paper!! Be careful when writing on glossy surface as it takes a bit for the gell ink to dry and will easily smudge. Great value and happy with half black half blue ink package

This is my second purchase of these pens, because I like them so much. I have been using them in a variety of colors to take notes in a blank journal. * The ink is nice and bold. Easy to read. Smooth writing with no skips (once you get the pen started) * It doesn't bleed through the paper. If you leave the pen in one place very long, of course, you will be able to see it on the other side of the paper, but with normal use, it's good. * The description says its archival ink, which is what I need for my project. Especially with the lighter colors, I need to know that it will not fade into illegibility. * These pens come in many beautiful, bold colors (a different pack from this one). I bought the black, blue and red, though, because these re the colors I use most. * The ink lasts quite a while in the pen, and you can buy refills. The only downside for me is that it takes some time for the ink to dry or it bleeds/smears. When I use them with a plastic straight edge, it makes small blobs of ink, for some reason, and leaves the straight edge wet with ink (no matter how careful I am); both of which are prone to smear. Overall, I would highly recommend these pens to anyone who needs highly pigmented writing (in a wonderful variety of colors if you buy their other pack) that is archival quality and doesn't bleeds through the other side of the page of a standard blank journal. ... show more

Pro: Comfortable to hold, writes easily and lasts quite awhile so it's a good value and design. Con: Doesn't dry quickly so it will smear if you sign those plastic credit card strips without letting it dry completely.
