I bought 2 queen size pillows. They are wonderful. This pillow supports my neck very well, the height is just right for me, not too puffy, yet very soft and comfortable. The pillows came decompressed. I fluffed them up with my hands and left them overnight. Then I had no adjustment to using them at all and slept so well.

The Cooling Bed Pillows came shrink wrapped, and once opened, I was very surprised there was no smell. After putting in the sun they plumped up nicely. They are very soft. I am praying that once they get in the pillowcase they aren't too hard.
