There are some really nice pieces in the kit like the shoes have a good grip under the bottom. The material seems to be durable on all the items included in the kit.The stretch bands are awesome. The squeeze ball works well once blown up. I'm in love with the workout plan at least I have a guide as to how I should be using the Pilates kit on a daily basis. The kit is a steal for the price. I looked at other sites and other areas and they want you to join a program in order to get the kit which is like a hundred and something dollars. And just a little bit of time that I received the product I feel like the one workout that I tried I feel like if I keep up with it that it's going to be very effective.

I think it’s really working!! I’m new to Pilates and get ads for sets like this on Instagram constantly. All of the bands are very durable. I like that you can move up in strength. The sliders are a game changer for doing one legged squats. Also never even thought about the little ballet socks being helpful before but they really are! And make my feet look cute lol. Love the drawstring bag. Keeps everything compact. I’ve started wearing the ankle weights around the house. I doubt it does much but feels like I’m doing something? Using mainly for glutes and legs but will try arms with the resistance bands soon
