This is the best product I have found to keep me exercising instead of having to go to the gym as a single mother who works and doesn't have time to go to the gym every day I have found this super effective in gaining muscle and losing weight you might call it at twofor! This is a good pilates kit for beginners and for home workouts. It is easy to assemble; I really like that the pilates bar is a 3-section bar. It is easy to screw in together, and the handle cushions on the bar are comfortable. This kit has two sets of adjustable resistance bands, one has 40 lb resistance and the other has 60 lb resistance. This kit comes with a pair of hand straps that can be used at the bottom of your feet, two ankle straps, a door anchor, and a handy bag to keep all your pilates equipment organized. This kit is versatile and offers the ability to be able to perform many different exercises at home or while traveling. The kit itself is not too heavy to carry around in the bag, which is always a plus. This is a good pilates kit and it is a good value for the money. I give it 4 stars and recommend it. ... show more

I spent MONTHS looking for a high quality, affordable, strength focused, piece of home work out equipment, and spent Im sure a few hundred dollars on either ineffective products, or things that would break after two uses. I am so beyond thrilled with my Fitstro! It’s high quality, incredibly affordable, and holy wow did I get a workout in this morning! Absolutely a full body workout!     • Versatile and convenient
I love it! As a single mom I don’t get to go to the gym like I used to. This Pilates bar kit has offered me a means to add weight and resistance to my home workouts without spending hundreds on free weights. Super effective, great challenge, can use for mobility and strength. Great purchase.

    • Its a great set, but missing one thing
This is a great set that will allow you to get in multiple exercises. The best thing about this set compared to many others is that it includes a bar and not just the single hand grips. This allows you to do exercises that you can't do with the other sets. The bands have a non-slip design so when you attach them to your feet, they will not easily fall off. You've got the single hand grips, and you have the door stopper. So this unit will practically cover the majority of weight exercise that you'll find in a gym, but this comes in a carrying bag that can easily be stored in a drawer or under the bed. My main and probably only gripe with this system is that there is no effective way to do bench presses with the bar. This would easily be a 5 star system if that were possible. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. This was definitely something new for me. I loved how there are attachments and bands you can use. You can choose between two different resistances and get a full body workout. For those times where I need a quick workout at home or just need a light day in the comfort of my own home.     • There’s really no work out that comes with it
This is a bar and on the end, you have metal loops that you can attach the two different weighted bands. The bands have loops at the end, so you can step in them and use the bar for bicep, tricep, abs, squats. You have to be patient and really Figure out the exercises or you can look online and find a Pilates bar workout. There are no instructions that come with it that are very helpful. There is a sheet of paper and it’s essentially a person with a band so I’m not sure how you would incorporate a bar. Regardless, you can go online and look up the workouts on YouTube . It does also come with separate ankle straps, so you can use the bands even without the bar ... show more

    • Good for lighter home workouts
Good package for a light home workout. I use it in conjunction with additional resistance bands that I have so allow more variety in the resistance. It is a great way to get back into leg workouts after a long time off or injury.
