  • Good Product
Color Name: Black
These boot gaiters work pretty well thus far. I've trudged hours through snow and mud while hiking/shed hunting and they've kept my jeans and the upper canvas portion of my boots clean and dry. No sign of damage to under strap and they have a snug fit with no slipping down the calf. Worth a shot for the money and I'm pretty pleased with them. ... show more

  • Perfect for hiking any weather
Color Name: Black
These gaters are great for keeping out stickers and burrs in th summer and for keeping my boot tops and pant legs dry in the winter. They’re tough and made well. I like the wide Velcro closer up the front, makes it easy and quick to put these on or off. There’s a choice of 3 snap fasteners top and bottom to dial in the fit around my boot and below the knee. The elastic drawstring at the ankle is a nice feature. The straps for under the boot are strong and easy to adjust ... show more

  • Works good
Color Name: Lost Oak Camo
I used these gators daily for a week in dry, wet and snowy (6-12”) weather. The Good: They worked aa intended and they always kept my lower pants dry. They fit well and had room for size adjustment. The heel straps, velcro, upper tension straps and buttons all held up well with no issues. One thing I noticed is that my buddy has well known name brand hunting gators and the snow sort of stuck to them where it did not on these. Sagebrush burs did not stick to this fabric. The not so good: In dry brush or rubbing up against each other, this fabric is not very quiet. If your intent is to be stealthy, I’d go with another brand/fabric. The tension straps at the top need to be tucked inside the gators as they tend to get hung up when climbing over tree deadfall. Overall, they worked pretty good and were worth the price. ... show more

  • Exactly what I needed
Color Name: Black
Recently purchased a pair of gators from a local sporting good store and paid $70 for them. Not only didn’t the size large fit, but the strap that goes under the shoe broke. Returned them and purchased these. I use them for cross country skiing and hikes thru snow. These work like a charm and the Velcro is wide enough (see pic) that they’ll fit anyone. Very happy with purchase and especially the price! ... show more

  • Comfortable, durable and protective - perfect for desert hiking or hunting
Color Name: Digital Olive Drab Camo
These are the best for desert terrain. After days of open field coursing in the high desert, which is filed with cactus and mesquite and risk of snakebite - I’m impressed. These were impenetrable to the desert elements. The Velcro fastener is wide and secure, the strap under the shoe is secure and tucks nicely unto the keepers, the coverage of the top of shoe and leg is excellent. Interestingly, I also received compliments on them which was unexpected given the utilitarian purpose. These are definitely keepers and will accompany me on all future desert hikes or adventures. ... show more

  • Almost but not quite
Color Name: Lavender Escape
First impressions: very good. Nice little bag to store them. Fabric feels heavy duty & tough. Strong Velcro, lots of snaps and ways to adjust size and fit. As I put them on, it became apparent that the bottom strap is too far back. Instead of being more in the arch of your foot, it is sewed toward the heel. If you are using trail runners rather than boots, this may be an issue as it has nowhere to sit, and feels awkward. I really had to pull the strap forward for the picture i took. I may even end up cutting off the strap since several of my other pairs of gaiters don’t even have them. The only other issue I have is the fit, but that is more my body type than anything I think. I’m 5’6 and a very athletic build. Even cinched up tight and on the smallest setting, I have about an inch of extra material making these quite baggy on me. They are also not as tall as I expected, which I’m happy about. I mostly just want to use them to keep mud off my pants for winter backpacking. ... show more

  • Easy and Fast to put on
Color Name: Lavender Escape
Love the feminine color option, super love that I can get them on quickly over all my boots from lightweight to super arctic and fast. They even retain some body heat which is an excellent plus to skip layering for quick jaunts outside requiring just a bit extra protection from higher snow or wind. The elastic cord at the top is great to adjust for fewer layers to keep it tight, but not tourniquet tight when layered up again. Love the thick velcro all the way up with the added snaps on the top and bottom. Also love the reflective quality for evening street side shoveling! These are my favorite winter gear accessory. ... show more
