I'm allergic to chicken eggs and I was told to try quail eggs. Turns out I'm not allergic to quail eggs, but they are a pain to open since you can't just crack them like a chicken egg. Works well. If I press it down to hard it will lock in the open position, but overall it works and is much easier than cracking the quail eggs myself.
