This came very well packed. Each pin and part was individually sleeved so that they didn't knock together. Not one part was scratched. It comes with everything one needs to assemble-screws, including one extra if needed; and a two sided Allen wrench, although I used my own because I felt it was too small for my hands. It even came with the adhesive stoppers to make sure the rack stays in place and doesn't slide around once assembled.
