One thing I love about Physicians Formula Ultra-Fine Eyeliner is that it is Dermatologist tested and does not contain all the parabens and sulfates that I am allergic to. Another great thing is that it glides on so easily for me. I have tried pencil type eyeliners and rarely get a nice thin line. Instead I end up with more of a smudge. This eyeliner has the perfect point to it to aid you in getting it on evenly and smoothly If I mess up, I dampen a q-tip with water and use that to correct any imperfections. It isn't water resistant, but that has not been a problem for me. I also like the fact that I can find it in the dark brown color. I am a fair-skinned redhead, so black looks too harsh with my fair skin. The brown works perfectly for me.

I usually buy the expensive stuff (Clinique and other department store brands) because of eye and skin sensitivity. No issues here. Product goes on smoothly, even with my puffy eyes! I'm in my mid-40's so I prefer my liner thin, but can easily add thickness. I can apply this while my husband drives and I don't have to tug on my skin to have it go exactly where I need it because the point is so fine. This is my new eyeliner! Great product, great price.

I've tried 20+ eyeliners. To demonstrate how waterproof and long-lasting this makeup is, I have posted pictures of my makeup right after a shower, during which I attempted to avoid touching my face, but got water all over it anyway. Note that I also had cried a few hours earlier in the day and dabbed my eyes. As a comparison, I have also posted pictures after a quick touch-up (after the shower), during which I didn’t wipe anything off - just applied more on top. I don’t have any before pictures, but you can see that the makeup lasted well and the touch up doesn’t look like I had showered. I wanted to like it as the felt tip is good for fine lines, However, after I applied the liner, let it dry, and then put on the mascara the liner flaked off if the mascara brush touched it. I reapplied and tried again. Nope. Back to the "drawing board"

I never realized how important sensitive make up is for sensitive eyes. My eyes would always get eatery n irritated after a few hours of wearing eyeliner n mascara. I tried this eyeliner and I'll tell u what. . . GAME CHANGER!!!! I can wear this all day n not have any irritation what so ever. It's easy to apply and I love the color ultra black.
