I have an iPhone 11 in a medium thick case, and it barely sits in the lip/doesn't entirely fit. This is the primary feature I would improve. In a dream world, I would love this to have optional clips. I haven't been able to find a phone stand that can sit on a shelf and hang down from that (when I cook in the kitchen, this brings the phone to a great level for me and is out of the way, freeing up the counter). If the angle was increased on this unit where the phone could hinge backwards, with my own kitchen clips I would finagle this. I like that it folds up, and it fairly sturdy considering it's plastic and not metal. Pleased I purchased it, but my metal, more sturdy phone stand works at home better for my unique kitchen viewing so I'll keep this in my workplace where it's just what I need. :D ... show more

UPDATE: The seller reached out and gladly sent me another holder at no charge that was in excellent condition. I do love these holders and I am super happy with their level of service! The sturdiness is great but the magnets literally fell off the first time I used them. I had to gorilla glue them myself in order for them to work property. I would not recommend unless you are prepared to do the gorilla glue yourself. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I never had a phone stand or holder before. It is my first time owning one. The thing that I like about this product is that it can hold my phone and my iPad. But the problem is that while it can keep your phone very well, it doesn't work well with your iPad. The heavyweight of the iPad makes it hard for this product to hold in one position. But since it is a phone holder, not an iPad holder, we can neglect that part. This phone holder has an adjustable size that you can make it high or low. I really like the style of this holder and I was very pleased with it until it fell off. It didn't even last 2 months!!. Now I'm trying to figure out what to use to help it stay on instead of putting on the new one ( since you get 2).

The quality isn't good at all. In the beginning everything seems fine, but after a couple of weeks the quality goes down. The kickstand doesn't stand up when u need it to, it scratches really badly, and It rotates way too easily. I like the stand and all of the positions that it can hold. But today what ever glue was holding the back that stuck to the magnet failed today. It's good there are two of them.
