I just received my chair and fairly easy to assemble. few hints, directions are in the side pocket (such as they are) there are two little brackets that go on the bottom, they go on the back of chair frame. the arms go on first, then the back. DONT worry about plugging it in until you have it assemble. The back of chair is shorter than my old chair was , I.m 5'2' if that helps. If you are tall you probably wont care for it. It is firm but I am sure it will loosen up over time. It reclines with ease and noise free. It did take it a little longer to get here than originally stated. ... show more

These chairs arrived almost a week early. 3 boxes per chair. Was a little concerned that both had rails bent where the arms attach but this wasn't a huge issue. The price was fantastic. Love the heated seat. The elderly and not ambulatory visitor we bought this for enjoyed the massage and it made getting them into a wheelchair much easier. They had someplace comfortable to sit most of the time so we werevery happy. One chair has two bumps under your behind which is noticable if you don't sit all the way back on the seat. Its a part of the massage cycle I could do without if I could remove it without messing up the chair. I bought this in May 2024, I only use it on weekends and the center massage pod in the seat is violently protruding...it hurts to sit in. I previously thought this was a good purchase and easy to put together but in light of what it cost and it already needs to be replaced. I wouldn't recommend

Delivered in 3 boxes, thankfully at the same time. Pretty self explanatory with putting it together. We finally found the instructions in the side pocket after. Wish the instructions would’ve been a bit more detailed when it came to hooking all the wires up, but we still managed to figure it out. For the price, it’s a great chair. I bought two of these . They came two days early and delivered to my door. They were easy to assemble. We are very happy with them. The colors were a bit different from the pictures but they match. The color is brown, but kind of a camouflage instead of a solid color. Just be aware as ours are this was. The massage buttons are great and easy to use. Great for the price. Bought this for my 86 yr old mother. She weighs roughly 100 lbs. She has been using approximately 2 months but seemed restless. She has dementia so hard to get accurate info. Moved her to another chair and resting peacefully since. Apparently the motors for vibrating action are hard and with no extra padding was putting too much pressure on her bottom. Chair feels fine to me but I have ALOT of extra padding. Would not recommend for thin old people. I am 5’3” and my feet dangled off end of foot rest. Vibrating action is rough and very noisy. Heat turns off after 30 minutes and only heats lower back area. Would not buy again. ... show more
