I received this bike in September and wanted to ride it a bit before I wrote a review. I’ve put 1000 miles on it since then, I ride around 10 miles on it most days and use it as a daily commuter bike, also use it just to have fun, it’s been amazing for both. It’s easy to assemble, took me maybe an hour or so and I’m not incredibly handy and sorta took my time to make sure I did it all correctly. On first power setting it’s easy to pedal, easier than a normal bike, you definitely feel when the power kicks in after a couple rotations of the pedals. On the 3rd power setting I can easily go 25-28 by pedaling fast, but there’s not much resistance. I usually stay in 3 or lower if I have to go more than 15 miles. Most of my morning commutes I have it on 5 and run the throttle without pedaling because I’m in a hurry to get to work. The half throttle is nice because e-bikes with a full twist throttle are easy to accidentally trigger when you don’t mean to, and the thumb throttle will tire your thumb and hand if you’re using it a lot, so the half twist throttle is honestly perfect. I’ve had two issues, the phone holder stopped opening, like the button for it just stopped working, so they sent me a replacement no problem. Then the bottom rubber part of the kickstand fell off sometime while I was riding. This might’ve been my fault, I didn’t realize it was adjustable and had a screw that could be tightened in it, so make sure you guys check that and keep it tight. But as soon as I told customer service they’re now sending me a new one. The customer service has been quick and they’ve easily replaced both parts, so far I couldn’t ask for more. It’s a quick bike, on the rear motor it will usually run around 28-31 if there’s no wind or a tail wind. On windy days I’ve been slowed down to around 20. I try not to run the front motor much because of how fast it drains the battery, but it’ll get the bike to around 33-35. Usually I just kick it on to get up hills or through intersections before lights change, stuff like that. It’s nice when you’re off pavement too, going through grass or snow. The tires actually do pretty well in snow too, I’ve had fun taking it out for winter rides. I’d buy it again or recommend to anyone honestly. It’s perfect for what I needed, I only paid $1500, it’s a lot of bike for the price. I see so many e-bikes out there that are $3000-$7000 or even $10,000, and its absolutely not necessary to spend less and get a bike that you’ll love and has great customer service. ... show more

Its incredible. It feels solid, it handles pretty well and with both motors enabled it moves. I went up to a local highway bridge that hasn’t opened to traffic yet and I let it out. I’m 270lbs. This thing hit 40mph no problem. I setup a kids bike trailer on the back, it tows that thing with my daughter and all our water and snacks and sunscreen and whatever else. Made excellent, two motor, and has the power on the go. Except lil too tall/high for short person like me 5’2”. The wheel diameter is lil big. I wish it came with small diameter to accommodate short people. Maybe 3” shorter. Other that I love this e-bike.
