So far so good! Was experiencing a parasitic draw in my 2008 Buick Lucerne, so I did some troubleshooting. Voltage check on the battery showed 12 V, but was dropping whenever it was connected directly to the car terminal leads, so I did an alternator check and found out that I had a bad rectifier. Around the holidays my visiting grandson brought his prized Highlander, which he's got looking pretty cool for a civilian non-4Runner SUV, I must admit. But all those lights and the winch and stereo - they all soak up the wattage so his battery wasn't charging. I was glad to spot this and order it and over the holidays we did some granddad-grandson light work in the garage to install it. Aligns perfectly and locks down tight. All plugs mate with factory just fine and power leads are solid. Now this thing puts out 14.7 volts (no kidding, it's a bit high!) and that's fine because it's a lot of Amps and he suddenly has no battery issues. Who knew? LOL.
