So I use these at the gym and I love them! The sound is crisp and clear and my sweat doesn't seem to affect them at all! While the sound is crisp, there is a little lacking in the bass department, but it's not horrible if that type of thing doesn't bother you! What I'm saying is it doesn't sound bad. The battery life is amazing! I can go all week plus without having to charge them! They look sleek too! And they charge up quickly! I sometimes have a hard timenwith fit of Headphones, but these are so comfortable and actually stay in my ear! I love these! I do recommend!

The product they shipped has been unboxed already and is dirty, what's more, the Bluetooth button is stuck and cannot be pressed to toggle pairing mode. Probably they simply sent a returned one.

The Philips T3217 True Wireless Headphones offer great clarity and a nice, open sound stage. Despite having a large (10mm) driver they fit well, are comfortable and do not fall out. I have not tested them with a phone because I never listen to music with a phone. That said, for a set without aptx the sound is quite good, better than I would have expected, but Phillips has always made nice equipment. It is somewhat reminiscent of my old beloved Sennheiser open air headphones and approaches B & O in terms of the sound profile: bright and airy.. The noise cancelling is better than average, but I am not sure how much it adds. Few headsets (headphones, ear buds) do noise cancellation well enough that it contributes a lot to audio quality. There are some notable exceptions, at 2-3x the price. I could not find any audio specs but believe it has a full frequency range. The profile is flat with lows mids and higs all handled well. Almost unique among established audio companies, Phillips has done a good job with both ergonomics and blue tooth (5.2). They also seem to have asynchronous transmission. You do not need to prepair them, or worry about their coming unpaired and losing sound on one side. They pair and repair easily, and have very good range. In fact, I lost my FIIO while lookinng for the manual, and was able to do that because of the range ;) There is a touch pad which enables you to skip forward and back, answer calls, and I am not entirely sure what else. I have not downloaded the app because I am listening on a FIIO, not a phone. I wish volume was one of the things coded on the touch pads. It is almost the only setting I want on a touch pad, and it is missing, BUT I do not know if the pads can be recoded with the app since I am not listening on a phone. Overall a very nice ste of buds, exceptional at this price.

Full disclosure- I work for Philips but don’t get access to discounts for the electronics business. When I saw these, I bought them to support my company. Unfortunately they missed the mark - many marks. Comfort, fit, and sound. Lots of echoes and literally nothing sounded good on them - Phone nor music.

The fit, case, overall quality of the headphones are great. The lack of bass and the mids just leave so much to be desired. Impressive battery life, could be a steal on sale.

I'm not sure if I got a defective pair or not... but the sound quality was terrible. They sounded like a $10 pair of headphones from 2008. The quality was particularly bad on the high end and snare. It sounded very tinny. I immediately returned them. I'm not positive if this was a defective pair of headphones or not. If it wasn't a defective pair, there is no way that I would buy this product given its price point.
