I got these Philips rechargeable AA lithium batteries mainly because I was tired of going through disposable batteries for my Xbox controller. Philips is also a familiar brand, which made me more comfortable trying these over some of the lesser-known options. So far, they have worked well and I have not had any issues using them. My controller recognizes them normally, and they have been a convenient replacement for disposable AAs. The main downside is the price. For a four-pack, these are more expensive than some no-name rechargeable batteries that appear to offer similar specs, and in some cases cost much less. Based on the product description alone, these also seem to list fewer recharge cycles than some competitors. That said, I am hoping the Philips name means better consistency or quality control over time, though I cannot judge long-term durability yet. One small advantage is that the batteries come with a compact case. That makes them easier to store or toss in a bag compared with loose batteries. This is a great little battery and charger set. I really like how securely it holds the batteries when you're not using them, and it's way smaller than any other charger I have, which makes it a great option for travel. It opens very simply, just slide the top, and it has tons of little ridges to give a very easy grip. You don't need to charge all four batteries at the same time, as it will charge even one at a time, and if you happen to insert a battery that's not rechargeable, or that's short circuited and gone bad, the little computer senses that and doesn't dump in electricity to that one, which prevents fire or whatever would happen. And one problem with lithium ion batteries is that if they go completely dead, chargers won't recognize them and revive them, but this one will! So you won't end up throwing away a perfectly good battery just because the charger didn't know better. It charges with a USB C cable (included), which means no need to go searching for something different, And you can easily charge it even in your car. Finally, they say these batteries last longer than others. I haven't yet had a chance to test that, but I'll take their word for it.

These batteries are good, high quality rechargeable lithium ions that I expect to last longer than most rechargeable AA batteries due to the high rating. They are expensive for just four batteries however, and lacking USB ports, require the use of an external charging hub. Not a big deal, and maybe even safer than the other kinds by coast and other manufacturers that could be a problem if they got wet.
