Works great easy to install. I installed it by myself in less that 20 mins. That was including the time to remove the old handle. The only issue I had was that the hole the dead bolt set in wasn't deep enough and wasn't allowing it to lock. I had to call customer service. But they were super nice and helped problem solve the issue easily. So if you get it and once in stalled it locks and Unlocks over and over then gives an error...it is because the hole is to shallow. The deadbolt is long and needs more space. Just take a screw driver and a hammer and chisele out some wood. It will work fine. Ours has been installed for 4ish months...no issues. ... show more

This keyless entry door lock is an average lock with a solid bolt and what could be solid features. Everything seems to work normally when it works. I suspect that because the battery seems to run low quickly, that this affects performance and restricts the door lock from working as well as it should. This truly concerns me because I feel that this lock can fail and leave entry open and exposed. It's not a useful lock if I always have to check to make sure it's functioning correctly. If some improvements could be made on the software end, this lock would probably be good. The idea behind this lock is great, but the execution of the software is not. ... show more

Even though it says it works for both, my contractor and I couldn’t get this to work. So here’s the warning for whoever is looking for locks for “hinges on the left, inward swing” door, look other way. It’s a shame, i do like the look and it seems very nice, but it’s just never gonna work out for me. ... show more

I have a baby and always hard to use key while carrying the baby. Bought this and it works great. However, it seems battery runs pretty quick. I only installed last wk and already had to change batteries.

The media could not be loaded. Disappointed. I am returning the product. The locking doesn’t work smoothly. Pressing and holding any key for 2 seconds should lock the door. LCD touchscreen is not sensitive enough. It does not read the touch. Even when it does, sometimes it does not take that input to lock. See video. In some cases, the lock failed to understand its locking status. It would think it is locked when it was not. Because I knew it was unlocked, I would press and hold a key to lock. But because it considered itself locked, it did not move and said ‘verification failed’. Installation was easy. Design was appealing. Unlocking worked fine with fingerprint. It did not work 100% of the times though. ... show more
