The rug is pretty comfortable but not the super soft kind. I like the style and the size fits pretty well to my living room. It came in pretty well packed as a roll, however after unpacking it, there’s some folding marks (in attached pic) at the end of the rug even couple days later. Really like the rug. Colors went well with my decor. I was concerned about the reviews regarding the wrinkle, but after laying it over a carpet pad and putting some weight on it for about a week. Needed a rug for our sunroom to cover the cold tile. This rug is perfect. It is bright, so it makes the sunroom brighter and makes the room look larger. It was inexpensive so easily replaced when needed. It looks like the picture only better.

Cute runner! Low pill, which is what I wanted for easy cleaning. Packaging: it came so tightly wound that I’ve been struggling to get it to relax for the last two weeks. I’m trying using a carpet cleaner to wet it and air dry hanging to hopefully get it to relax flatter. Label: the manufacturer’s label on the underside looked removable - so I ripped it off, and brought with it many, many fibers. The loss of material is mostly unnoticeable from the top, due to the variated design, but is definitely thinner now. This is a serious flaw in label placement and/or adhesive.
