I usually prefer retractable headphones and these aren't ideal for sleeping (side sleeping), but the sound quality is better than any other pair I have. That's saying alot. The bass is good. For the price, these sound great.

I enjoyed the sound and the fit of these, however, I ended up needing to return them. They would randomly disconnect from my phone without me creating distance between the two devices. That was enough for me to need to send it back. I like the option of having a wired connection if needed and I wish other bluetooth products had that. The only other thing I struggles with was the earbuds. The bulb of the bud that sits just outside the ear rested against me too strongly and irritated my outer ear until it got sore. If I were to change the size of the inner silicone portion, it wouldn't stay in my ear well. That part might just be me. i though the battery would last better. so i can have it plugged in for days, unplug it, and use for a few hours. if i leave it unplug and go to use it the next day; no joy. i have to plug it back in. in a job like mine i can sit on a phone from the time i get into work to the day i leave; 10hrs. due to my phone it must be wireless headset; no jack. i have no trust at this point this would last so i'm on the hunt for something else; unless manufacture/seller has something better option. ... show more

Bought these a few months ago and they worked great--good battery life, loved the noise canceling, and paired well with my phone and laptop. Plugged them in to charge the other day and the headset won't recognize the charger or charge the battery. Tried other outlets, chargers, etc but no dice. I expected these to last at least a year or so, but for a life of about 4 months I can't recommend these. ... show more

The earbuds do not fit well in my ear and forget recharging it! The tiny cap covering the recharging port is extremely annoying. It is super small and easily lost. Don't even try to put it back on once you remove it. Just live with the hole. The charging cable is super unique so don't lose that either! I prefer the standard micro USB port which you can find anywhere. The quality is not bad and it mostly is noise canceling. If you don't mind putting up with the annoyance of the recharging battle for the price you are paying, go for it. ... show more

I just received the headphones yesterday. This was a replacement for a headphone that finally was not working. I am pleasantly surprised by the noise cancelling. I walked by a landscaper who was blaring the blowers and could not hear them unless I removed the earpiece. So far so good and I would but the product again. I was easy to charge, simple set up and not too many features to make use complicated. Well done Phillips and the price was great. Solid bass wit the NC feature. I took a chance on these and I'm disappointed with them overall. They have really good sound if you have the anc on but the battery life is terrible and the only real noise canceling is just the seal of the ear bud's. They're quite large as well and despite trying to find a comfortable position that will work for an extended time I can't Also it's 2023 stop using micro usb for charging, most devices use usb c and it's a better connector anyways. ... show more

I think these headphones are really good. Sounds quality is really good. I get the N/C I need from using foam earbud tips. Connects immediately. I'm able to connect to both phone & tablet. Neckband, slides around constantly! Update. I'm about to return the second set! Just stopped working after a couple of weeks! Just died. Both of them. What?! And yes I tried troubleshooting. Watched their troubleshooting video, on device stop working...I'm not trying these again. ... show more
