Seriously, everyone fights over these chairs. They are so comfortable. Easy to assemble. These 2 have been on our deck in direct sunlight all summer. . They have not been covered and have not faded at all. The cushions are all one piece, and secure to the chair along the seat and foot rest with Velcro ties. I do wish the back part of the cushion had additional ties to secure it to the frame as they flop around a bit when no one is sitting in them. The recliner mechanism works well. And the chairs are just heavy enough that they stayed put during a pretty severe storm last month. I will be adding to our collection. ... show more

I have not used the chair much since only recently bought and now stored for winter. That is why only 4 stars at this point. The chair is sturdy and heavy. The chair is comfortable and the mechanism works well to put into recline position. The depth of the seat is a bit long which is not as comfortable for shorter people like my wife. But, no problem in the reclining position. A pillow may help when not in recline. Good finish on the metal parts. The cushion is one long segmented piece with Velcro straps to attach the bottom two segments to the foot rests when in recline. So, not that hard to put on or take off the cushion. But, I bought a chair cover that easily goes over the chair with the cushion on. Easier option. Instructions were easy enough to follow, but took time to assemble. Extra parts provided. All screws use an included Allen wrench. But, some screws were in tight places and not that easy to access. I used my own shorter wrench at times to assemble faster. Best to put most screws into holes and only loosely tighten until all screws are inserted. Then tighten all. ... show more

They could not replace the part, but quickly had another chair delivered. Now have our two very comfortable outdoor recliners. This chair is great for tall persons. I bought it for my husband (6'4") for his birthday. It came in a huge box (fast delivery by the way) and I was tentative about putting it together for him. I'm a 68 year old woman with creaky joints and sore muscles. The diagram was clear cut, the pieces were labeled and I put it together in one-hour with the included Allen wrench and screws. My husband loved it. It fits his long legs, it's sturdy - holds up to 300 lbs. and it smoothly and easily reclines by pressing back on the back seat. It has a very comfortable cushion that attaches nicely. The only drawback was he said that he wished it came with a small head pillow attachment. It's well worth the money spent. He's out on the patio napping in his outdoor recliner that he loves. I put it together and we moved it to the patio with ease. It's a good purchase. ... show more

Love the color. Large seat. Easy assembly. Downside...hard seats. Not enough cushion foam. Brick like after a while. Didn't expect this. Seat is too deep so had to buy pillows to shorten the length (bought on Amazon too). Back reclines only as legs go up. Can't do them separately. In spite of all this I like the looks and sturdiness and I think returning them would be a nightmare. ... show more
