We’ve had this new sofa for about a week now and we’re really happy with it. The installation was super easy — even for someone like me who is not handy at all. The backrest just slides right in and that’s it. The sofa is nice and spacious. My two kids absolutely love it and couldn’t wait to put all their fluffy stuffed animals on it as decoration. The firmness is just right too — it doesn’t sink in when you sit down. One thing that really surprised me was the smell. Usually new sofas have a very strong odor, but this one didn’t. There was a slight smell when we first opened it, but unless you put your nose close to it, you really can’t notice it. Once it was fully set up and aired out, the smell was barely there. We have a smaller sofa in the living room and this one matches it perfectly. The size fits our living room just right. The fabric feels very comfortable. I was a bit hesitant to choose white at first because I wanted it to match our existing sofa, but it turned out to be the right choice — the color looks great. I was pleasantly surprised by this sofa. The color is lighter than shown in the photos—somewhere between light gray and a deeper shade, but definitely not too dark. At first, I worried it might look too black, but it turned out to be just right and very stylish. Assembly was a breeze—just a few screws and it was ready to use. The sofa is quite wide; two slim people can sit side by side comfortably. The cushioning is perfectly balanced—not too hard, not too soft. It feels supportive while still being cozy. I absolutely love this sofa! The seat is wide and the cushion is thick, making incredibly comfortable to sit on for long periods. The fabric feels soft to the touch, and the color match my living room as well. It is easy to assemble, and the footrest is also separate, easily to moving around,you can use it as a small coffee table. And the legs are sturdy and provide great support. OMG! I absolutely love this couch, it’s huge , fluffy and super duper comfy! I could sit on it all day! It took me over an hour to unpack it and then carry each piece to the basement. The base is heavy, but the quality is excellent. Although the moving process was tiring, I'm very satisfied with the final result. Kids can lie on it to watch movies. It can be L-shaped or U-shaped. I especially love that the two footrest can be moved around freely. The color matches our basement perfectly; it's so beautiful that I couldn't resist taking a few more pictures. ... show more

Love!!! My bf and I have spent weeks looking for a couch for our media room. We couldn’t find any we liked for under $4k. We specifically wanted a deep couch with large ottomans and this couch delivered!! The color is gorgeous, the material is super comfy, and it’s way bigger than we thought it would be. (Furniture from Amazon seems to always be weirdly small) My only gripes with it is the back pieces you lean against are really thin and stiff. Not the comfiest. There’s definitely room for improvement there, and the cushions that go on the ottomans don’t Velcro to the base or anything so they shift a lot but both those things are fixable! Plus, for how cheap it was everything else exceeded our expectations so no big deal. Putting it together was pretty easy! It took me an about an hour and only one minor meltdown, but I did it by myself. If you have 2 people it would be a breeze. ... show more

I was skeptical, but this sectional is MUCH sturdier and supportive than expected fresh out of the box. The seat cushions are super thick and have very dense foam, and the throw pillows are also high quality. The entire setup is modular, so you can add or delete seats as needed with 4 large bolts that attaches each base frame to the next. We anticipate moving soon and I did not want another piece of furniture that wouldn't break down for transport, an I think this will be easy to put in a moving truck when the time comes. I wish the seat backs (tall wood pieces that slide into the bases) were more substantial, simply because I anticipate my kiddo crashing into them. But otherwise they're a good height and the backside of the sofa DOES look nice, which helps if you place the sectional in the center of the room. Overall I think this is a very good value for $1000, and do really enjoy lounging on the chaise ends. ... show more
