We bought the Chenille Grayish Brown color way of this couch & so far we’re big fans! It’s been a little over two weeks and these are the highlights/what I was worried about before purchasing. Comfort: A soft couch that I could comfortably watch a movie on was a big deal to me. To me, the plushness of the couch is perfect. Soft when you sit, but you don’t absolutely fall in where it’s hard to get back up if you know what I mean haha. I wouldn’t use the word “firm” to describe this couch at all. The cushions are thick, extra deep, and high quality. The back cushions are definitely on the thinner side, but with lots of pillows I’ve never been uncomfortable. Ottomans: I read reviews on other couches about the ottoman cushions never staying on. These Velcro right on and stay put! Because the actual ottomans aren’t screwed in or officially connected to the main seats (the couch is modular), they can slide a lot on hard floors. We’re waiting on a rug and are hoping that will solve some of the occasional sliding. Back of the couch: I was nervous about this because from our dining table you can see the back of the couch! I have 0 complaints. Looks nice! I attached a picture so that you can see as well. If you lean really hard against the back, they will creak a little bit. But once again that’s because everything is modular (pros and cons). Height: Also 0 complaints here. You’re not super low to the ground. But you’re also not abnormally high! Really haven’t thought about this as I’m sitting on it. Color: okay it’s not brown like the pictures. In our lighting, it definitely gives more of a warm gray. But we like it! A surprise for sure though haha. Overall a big fan of the couch and it feels like a steal! ... show more

Love!!! My bf and I have spent weeks looking for a couch for our media room. We couldn’t find any we liked for under $4k. We specifically wanted a deep couch with large ottomans and this couch delivered!! The color is gorgeous, the material is super comfy, and it’s way bigger than we thought it would be. (Furniture from Amazon seems to always be weirdly small) My only gripes with it is the back pieces you lean against are really thin and stiff. Not the comfiest. There’s definitely room for improvement there, and the cushions that go on the ottomans don’t Velcro to the base or anything so they shift a lot but both those things are fixable! Plus, for how cheap it was everything else exceeded our expectations so no big deal. Putting it together was pretty easy! It took me an about an hour and only one minor meltdown, but I did it by myself. If you have 2 people it would be a breeze. ... show more

It’s exactly as advertised, the color is gorgeous, it’s big without taking up too much space, the back pillow could be more fluffy, but nothing you can’t compensate with buying some alternate decorative cushions- I love it!

I purchased the PHI VILLA Cloud Modular Couch, and unfortunately, my initial experience has not met expectations. While the design itself looks great in photos and fits the aesthetic I wanted for my living room, the actual build quality is lacking. The fabric feels thin and the cushions don’t have enough support. The back cushions are not as plushy as the bottom cushions; because they are so thin, the back support is essentially non-existent. The back cushions constantly fall over every time you move. Furthermore, because the ottoman pieces do not attach to the couch, it is very annoying having to constantly reposition them. And the ottomans are not heavy enough to stay in place, so they slide easily every time you sit down or move. For the price point, I expected something more durable and better constructed. I’m giving it two stars because it is functional, but I would not recommend it if you are looking for long-term comfort or high-quality, stable furniture. ... show more

This comes in three boxes All of the cushions are vacuum sealed but don't be scared they don't pop open If you feel the pillows are flat, push them together on top and the sides it fluffs them. This size I purchased is bigger than a traditional couch and having the two ottomans is a plus I am very happy with my purchase 🥰. I out the ottomans together and my dog lays beside me he loves it. It is like another sofa. Fabric is great. It is soft so if you have back issues and cant have soft you may want to consider another sofa. ... show more

Had no problem with shipping as everything arrived same day & time. Nothing missing or damaged in the boxes and assembly was very simple. Overall the couch is very comfortable and having zippers on the seat cushions, arm rests, and back cushions makes it simple to add stuffing if they compress too much later. I would say the 2 cons for me is the back cushions are a bit thin and short. If they were a couple inches thicker and slightly taller it would be perfect. The other concern is the fabric color is lighter than the picture shows for smoke grey. Picture shows color being between a light and charcoal grey, but I can assure you it's light grey. I put charcoal grey pillows on it in my photo to show the difference. It's not a problem for me as the lighter grey still fits in my room, but I could see others being unhappy. ... show more

Worst. Couch. Ever. Seriously terrible. Thin, flimsy and uncomfortable. Only nice thing I can say is color (blue) is pretty. And the fabric is soft. My husband is furious. Now I have to figure out how to return this crap.
