We have been wanting to upgrade our sofa set in the living room before this Christmas so we can all sit here and enjoy some good Christmas shows. This set is just amazing, super comfortable to sit and lay down. And the installation is super easy, almost effortless. Basically you need no instructions or tools at all. The look and design fit the living room so well and it becomes my favorite place in the whole place. Plus, the price is really reasonable for the quality and I would definitely recommend it. ... show more

PRODUCT: The couch is overall comfortable; the seat is nice and plush, though the back and extra pillows are a more stiff material. I wish there was a way to actually secure the back cushions to the couch- I foresee them getting moved or knocked over easily. I may add some Velcro or something to hold them in place, just wish they were as plush as the seat. Color is perfect and matches my existing rug. I like the size and width of seating. SHIPPING: I had initially given a 1 star review, as one of the 3 boxes received contained pieces for a white couch instead of grey. taped box back up and initiated return process. Seller requested to confirm the incorrect SKU sent with pics, and sent me a return label. I Scheduled FedEx pick up that day. Seller said they would contact me about “next steps” once the incorrect box was received back, but never heard anything until the updated/correct box just showed up. ASSEMBLY: completed by myself in about 1hr40mins. All of the screws are labeled item # “2”, though instructions call for #7, and there’s very clearly 2 different sets of screws. The zipper for one of the arms is applied backwards, pinched myself trying to get it to go. Cut off a few random pieces of long threads from seams. OVERALL: I do like the couch, just need to “help” it a bit. Was very disappointed about the shipping issue, since these are 80lb+ boxes being delivered; be sure to check the SKUs or contents before pulling everything out! ... show more

For the price, it's a very good couch set. It's not complicated to put together. Soft and comfortable. Phi Villa customer service is also very helpful and responsive. Thank you! P.S. 4-Seater comes in 3 separate boxes. Everything is tightly packed. Don't get fooled by boxes' sizes. All is there!

    • Do not recommend
Color: Grey Set name: 3 Seater + 1 Ottoman
First, we received the furniture boxes over 3 days. I had to contact the seller to find out how many boxes I was supposed to receive. Second, the sofa had a manufacturer defect. One seat cushion was noticeably lower than the rest and after opening the cushions and comparing, it was evident the material was defective. We had to purchase batting to make it level with the rest of the sofa. Third, the back cushions are too stiff and uncomfortable. They have some batting with a big block of foam. I purchased polyfill and shredded memory foam and replaced the filling. Next, the cushions on the armrests are flat. We took the batting from the back cushions and added this to the armrests. Update: While the seller credited a small amount due to the defect, they have asked me to remove my feedback which I cannot do. If you are a college student or have a starter home, maybe this furniture is for you. For buyers like me who replaced a quality sofa owned for 20 years, this does not even compare to the quality I had. ... show more

Very cute couch. Just like other reviewers stated the back pillows are quite thin. Easy to put together and the boxes came within a day of each other. Very cute color!
