  • Good unit for areas that do not get much snow.
Very good unit. Came in 2 very large and heavy boxes. The packaging was excellent and everything was well marked out. Took 3 of us about 3 hours to put together and raise. Instructions were fairly clear and easy to figure out. The poles are strong. The sides and top are normal weight tarp material. There are 4 guy ropes (1 on each corner). You will need to use these for sure as the unit is top heavy. We live in an area that does not get snow so that will not be an issue for us. But if you do, be sure to keep the snow off the roof as I don't think that it will hold much. Our only issue is that it's held together with bungee cords with balls on the end. The instructions show to use the same cord to hold the roof and a side on. We're concerned that it puts alot of weight on the cord so we used 1 for the roof and another one for the side. This means that we ran short of bungees. But we just purchased some more from Amazon ($7 for 30) and used them. I recommend this unit for areas that do not get snow and alot of wind. It is well worth the money. ... show more

  • How it goes wrong and what to do about it . . How it goes wrong and what to do about it . .
Short Story: This thing can't hold up to wind. Structural failure with tubes. And No, the snow was not the problem, it came afterward. Besides I scrape the snow, not more then 1/4 ever accumulates on it. Details: Put the thing up as instructed. We have pictures of that. Not my first rodeo with this stuff. They leave an air gap at the bottom so that the wind can sail through. However I have found that this causes these types of structures to lift and blow away. Every. Time. So i massively secure this thing. They never give you enough stakes, and they are short and smooth. Each pole has 4 holes for stakes. I use two of theirs, run in at an angle. I use a 10 inch at an angle and then a 8 inch screw in stake. THEN I drive a 16" stake in the ground and secure it to the structure at each pole. Then I get a Huge tarp, lay it on the ground and run 16" stakes in the holes, then load it up with cinder blocks and huge rocks, then fold it over the structure and secure it on the other side. This helps hold the structure down and keeps the wind from getting into the thing and floating it away like an open umbrella. We can have heavy wind on one side, the other side is on a hill. With the continual back and forth the poles bent on one side and collapsed the structure. Did a decent job damaging my car, actually crushed the corner of the metal roof and also broke the antenna and housing and cracked the plastic around my right side mirror. I emailed these guys, I never asked them to pay for anything but asked for help getting replacement parts. Yes, I was hoping they would take pity on my and just send me the 14 new poles I needed. Never a word. I was pretty angry, so I got three estimates on the car repair, added a few other things, and was going to march down to the small claims office to see if I could make a go of it. I've owned a small business and I have some experience with such things. My wife, the daughter of a minister, said to just forget it. sigh. (she's good stuff) So, I acquired wood for free from my wife's job. They have heavy equipment and the palettes to move them. They toss the pallets so I had access to wood, a lot of it oak, for free if I wanted to work for it. I lifted the sucker with different sizes of wood, used my 12 foot ladder as a fulcrum and the car scissor jack. I had 6 10 footers to finally hold up the middle and added wood the the damaged sections. I then I also had some old pool parts that worked good as braces. I used four of them to brace it against the hill and inside at every pole on one side. I have two 9 foot wood bracing it from the inside, one of them I can move and string up so I can access my snowblowers. Last note: If you secure this properly it will probably work but you should brace the structure somehow. And yes, I know that just about every concert block is cracked. If you notice, the three on the left are still good. Those I installed, the rest was with the help with the family, two teens and my wife. It's tough to find good help these days . . . I am one of the sufferers of the covid vaccine. It almost killed me and left me with some serious neurological and organ damage. I found this to be a tough project in my current state. Unwanted information: Apparently if you have a hyperactive immune system, and you don't really get sick, you never had a flu shot as you never needed it. The vaccine can cause havoc. The vaccine isn't really a vaccine, it is an mrna thing that excites the immune system. It over excited mine and caused an autoimmune disorder that had my own system work on eradicating your blood vessels and nerve ending. I went into remissions just before it killed me off but I was left with serious damage. And that, my friends, is my story. I would give this thing a 3 or even 4 stars, depending on how you need it and how you support it. But I am a solid 1 star for lack of support. Stupid thing didn't last 3 months. ... show more

  • Quality Product!!
I ordered this product and unfortunately it was delivered without a signature and was stolen off of my property but the company was nice enough to send a replacement and I’m very grateful as this thing is great! It was a little difficult to put together by myself since it is 13‘ x 24‘, but after 2 to 3 hours I had it up. The poles for the structure are actually metal I tested with the magnet and seem very good quality. The material is very thick and has stood up to rain and wind over the last week without any issues. It comes with some screw in the ground tie down stakes, but I opted to get some 30 inch auger steaks for extra security since I live in Florida and near the beach where it’s windy. It has loops at each corner to tie down, four windows, front and back door open, and has a side door. So I put a fan in there and it stays pretty well ventilated as I use it to work on my vehicles. I have had a few of these and have been disappointed every time until now, highly recommend. ... show more

  • Does the job
Seems to be descent quality so far; however, the tent is extremely tight on the frame and was nearly impossible to attach. It was so tight and we had to pull it so much that a few eyelets came off. Additionally, the instructions are horrible! It only shows pictures and does not go into detail about HOW the poles, ropes, and other items are attached and secured. UPDATE: I originally gave this tent 3 stars because of the issues that we had with instillation. However, I’ve updated my review to 4 stars because of the exceptional customer service of the seller. They reached out to me and were willing to replace the tent or provide a small refund. I chose a refund because I didn’t want to have to put up the tent again. I still can’t go higher than a 4 star because the instructions were not clear and it made it difficult to install. The company says they may take my review and update their instructions (so this deficiency change). ... show more

  • Solid build and wind-resistant
I was really impressed by how well this shelter stays in place. It comes with sturdy stakes and can be securely anchored to the ground, which gave me peace of mind during a windy day at the beach.Highly recommend for anyone looking for something durable and reliable outdoors!

  • Did the job for a year.
Pretty decent build. Made it through one Wisconsin winter and some decent snow. It’s pretty waterproof all around. The zippers on both sides did break after less than 2 months of use. Look ok on the side of my house. I use it to keep my tractor out of the weather. My tractor just fits with the ROPS up. ... show more

  • Only fit for nice weather Only fit for nice weather
I put up the 13x24 by myself in half a day. Pretty easy to set up if you are at all handy. That was a week ago. Today, we had some wind and now it's trash. The whole thing blew over sideways and due to the cheap materials, all of the poles look like the one pictured. I had anchors at every vertical pole, guy lines set out for security, I removed both ends to let the wind flow through. The week between putting it up and the wind knocking it down, I've had some of the grommets rip out and the zippers will unzip with the slightest wind. Since the tarp sections are all separate, it is in no way weather proof. Wind will lift the top and expose the sides letting rain in. ... show more

  • Worth the money Worth the money
This was great for storing my boat all winter. Zero issues and still looks new. Zippers work peyand the remove window and door cover sing are great for letting just enough light in so you don’t need to take the sides down if you don’t want to.
