Everything came in good condition with extra screws. Took a little longer than anticipated to put together. No unexpected problems. Seat cushions are extra thick and large. Back cushions are a little on the soft side but comfortable. Really good quality 👌

This set is great quality and easy to put together. It is time consuming, all the pieces take a little while to assemble, so patience is a must. It took me a full day to assemble the entire seven piece half-moon set. In the picture, it looks like the set is small, but that's only due to my absolutely huge fire pit. The set is nice and big! ISSUES: cushions slide off the furniture too easily, should have included some sort of anchor or velcro to keep cushions in place. Also, this set needs to have more individual pieces to purchase so we can fit to our specific spaces ( armless chair, wedge chair, table wedges). The only individual pieces you can purchase are two additional ottomans. I gave it four stars because of the lack of options.

It is the right white color I am looking for, not very bright and not too yellowish. I bought two armless chairs so that I can put them together. They look nice and cozy. The cushion is soft and very comfortable. One thing that needs to improve is the cushion is easy to slip and fall, it would be better to have something tied to the chair. Great product overall.

The media could not be loaded. This set came in boxes that I couldn’t imagine turning into this beautiful outdoor comfy sectional. My husband said the easy to follow directions made this a piece of cake. In no time at he had assembled all of the bases. The cushions came in compressed bags so they plumped up nice after opening. I like you can zipper off for cleaning, but they wipe down so nice might not need to. It was perfect timing with the kids home for the weekend for this to arrive. I had it separated like the ad had but my daughter put them together and it was so cozy. The versatility of the positions make this easy to maneuver and redecorate. The entire thing wipes down and it’s not real wooden pieces so won’t unravel in the weather. Long and short it’s functional with a very hip look.
