I am very satisfied with this bed frame. The assembly was much easier than I expected. All the parts were clearly organized, and the screws and tools were included. The instructions were simple and easy to follow. With two people working together, we finished assembling it fairly quickly. Even if you do not have much experience putting furniture together, the process should not be too difficult. After assembly, the bed frame feels sturdy and stable. It does not shake much when getting in or out of bed, and there are no annoying squeaking noises. The double-layer storage shelves on the headboard are very useful. I can easily keep my phone, glasses, books, water bottle, and other small items close to the bed. My favorite feature is the built-in charging station. It has power outlets and USB ports, so I can charge my phone, tablet, and smartwatch at night without using a long extension cord. This makes the area around the bed look cleaner and is very convenient. The LED ambient light is also a great feature. The color can be changed depending on your preference. Overall, I’m really happy with this bed frame. Assembly was pretty straightforward, and all the parts were well organized. The only part that gave me a little trouble was putting together the drawers underneath, but to be fair, I was pretty tired by that point. From start to finish, it took me a couple of hours to get everything assembled and set up. One thing to note is that I had a metal box spring before, and it tended to slide around on the metal frame. Because of that, I decided not to use it, which makes my mattress sit a little lower to the ground than I expected. I’m on the shorter side, so it’s actually pretty comfortable for me, but if you’re a taller person, that’s something you may want to consider. I included a picture so you can get an idea of how it looks set up. No judging the room, though. I just moved in! Overall, it’s a solid frame, looks great, and the storage drawers are a nice bonus.

Be careful with ordering from Lifezone. I purchased a queen size bed frame for our guest room, following the instructions to assemble the frame it wasn't until the frame was nearly complete that I discovered the center support bar was not the correct one for the frame I purchased. Lifezone customer service only communicates via email and there time zone is totally opposite from the USA, meaning any correspondence happens when I am sleeping. It took over a week to settle the problem and my guests had to sleep elsewhere. Secondly, I ordered a replacement frame which was to be delivered within two days and on the delivery day at 5:30 pm I received an email stating that it would not be delivered for another four days, again causing frustration and stress. Dealing with this company is not worth it.
