I will update my review over time to share my experience. I just received the pillow today and it is a great quality pillow, I am pleasantly surprised at how soft and squishy the filling is. I love that it comes with extra filling but I am going to sleep on it first before I mess with it. The case seems thick and durable. There is no chemical smell at all in the slightest. I have been trying to find the right pillow for years and I have about 50 pillows stacked my closet that don’t work for me. I get sprain my neck and shoulders in my sleep and I’m not sure exactly what will work for me so I just keep buying every kind imaginable. I hope this one works well for me, my chiropractor says sleeping on your side is the best position, followed by your back, stomach is the worst position. I’m training myself to sleep on my side and back because stomach is my favorite position. It is a lot harder to do than expected but hopefully this pillow helps.

This is a great pillow for side sleepers. The design with a curve in the middle is a surprisingly simple but effective improvement. I’ve noticed less shoulder pain. Its also adjustable with plenty of filler so you can find the right level. I also noticed that I don’t sleep as hot with this pillow - specifically less heat at my neck which I guess makes sense based on the curve. As others have said it is an odd size, and barely fits in a queen size pillow case. Also, if you alternate from side to back sleeping like I do, it’s not perfect for back sleeping since you can end up with your head in the curve and pushed up at an odd angle. But overall, good pillow.

Relieved neck and shoulder pain. More comfortable sleep. My husband said it relieves my snoring. My husband loves this pillow. He said his sleep is more restful and wakes up without pain. I also noticed that his snoring has decreased quite a bit. These pillows are worth every penny! The pillows have no smell either! Great quality!

This pillow is pretty good. It’s definitely squishy. It’s nice that they give you extra material so that you can adjust the firmness level. It’s not exactly what I was looking for, but it will do for the time being.

I liked the ability to add or remove foam based on my preference in firmness. That's a great and unique feature. For those with neck issues, that's a really helpful option. It's almost impossible to find a one-size-fits-all pillow, so this is a great option.
