This Is The One
Color: RX580
This is my first gaming PC after using company provided laptops for work as a software engineer. I searched high and low for a prebuilt gaming pc to use for work and gaming. Ultimately decided on this one mostly based on the looks and specs for the price. I was VERY pleasently surprised at the quality of this gaming PC. Novatech went above and beyond with this build. UNBOXING: I was a little worried about it getting damaged in shipping but Novatech went above and beyond with extra layers of foam, double boxing, even expanding foam inside the case so that the internals dont get shaken loose. There were helpful stickers pointing you to the correct ports to plug into and reminders to remove the protective foam inside. The box itself was very clean and "apple-esque". Overall a very plesent unboxing experience. CASE: The case looks premium sitting on my desk, easily passes as a $1000+ pc, fans have this cool infinity mirror effect that I like, along with a solid button to change colors. Internals look great too. I love that they used black cables with combs instead of the typical yellow wiring mess some other PCs have. Very satisying to look at. Can definetly see myself upgrading the internals later on and keeping this case around for a while. SETUP: Setup was pretty easy. Once I removed foam inside, plugged in the power connector, flipped on the power supply switch and pressed the power button, it booted right up to a fresh Windows 10 Pro Operating system. No bloatware, got to set it up exactly as I wanted. PERFORMANCE: This PC way outperforms its price point. The xeon cpu and 16gb of ram handle all the work and games I throw at it. Especially when Im running 20+ tabs in google chrome or any of my programming apps. Doesn't skip a beat. The RX580 is more than enough to run my favorite games smoothly. Im am consistently getting 70+ frames per second in GTA 5 and 100+ in Minecraft hooked up to a 1080p monitor. Also tried editing some 4k video that I recorded with my phone and this gaming pc breezed through it without an issue. The 512GB SSD lets me store all my games, media, work projects and boots up the computer almost instantly. INTERNALS: Since this is a center piece on my desk it was important that this PC looked good through the glass cover. I'm very pleased with how clean the wiring is inside, most of them are hidden or cleanly routed, very nice attention to detail. The GPU is a very solid size for a RX580 and has a cool carbon fiber cover. The CPU coolor looks great too and matches the RBG theme of the other fans. This PC runs quiety with no overheating. Overall very good looking PC. SUPPORT: I had a small question and decided to email Novatech's support. They got back to me right away with just the answer that I needed. Glad there is a good support team behind this PC. FINAL THOUGHTS: As you can tell from above, I am VERY satisfied with my first Gaming PC from Novatech. I have been recommending them to my friends and coworkers ever since. So if you're looking for a good looking gaming PC for some casual gaming + work around this price, this is the one. ... show more

***Update: I'm thrilled to share my outstanding experience with this gaming computer and the incredible customer service I received! Initially, I encountered some issues, but the seller went above and beyond to resolve them. Their kindness, pleasantness, and dedication to customer satisfaction are truly commendable. The seller worked with me to replace the original computer with an upgraded model featuring a better graphics card. The replacement runs incredibly smoothly, and I couldn't be happier with the performance. What sets this seller apart is their commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction. They genuinely care about their customers and will go the extra mile to address any concerns. If you're in the market for a reliable gaming computer and top-notch customer service, look no further! I highly recommend this seller, and I'm confident you'll have a similarly positive experience. (Old Review) Performance wise it okay for the money. It is quite during operation which is good, not much noise. Connectivity is not bad via Ethernet cable although it’s equipped with a small dongle USB for WiFi Gaming currently is using a video capture and obs and the computer is used to stream from a PS5, mid game it crashes and restarts. Not satisfied so far. We aren’t even playing games on it and it’s crashing. Imagine if we did. Recommend to skip and build your own. Don’t waste your time here. ... show more

Misleading Specs, Failed Upgrade, and Poor Customer Service
Color: RX580
Review Image by Rebeka
I’m extremely disappointed with this purchase and want to warn others. This PC was advertised as having an Intel i7 processor, but what we actually received was an Intel Xeon E3-1230 v6, which is not what was advertised. False or misleading specs are unacceptable when buying a computer. To make matters worse, we later sent the computer back to Novatech and paid extra for upgrades to an RTX 3060, 32GB RAM, and 1TB storage. After getting it back, we only received the RTX 3060 upgrade — the RAM and storage were never upgraded despite us paying for them. We only discovered this recently after selling the computer, when the buyer was understandably upset because the specs did not match what we believed we had. That was embarrassing and unfair to us and the buyer. When we contacted Novatech about the misleading original specs and the upgrades we paid for but never received, they dismissed the issue by saying the purchase was over two years old and they could not help. That response was especially frustrating because we purchased a 3-year protection plan, and more importantly, this is not normal wear-and-tear or a warranty issue — this is about misrepresentation and paid upgrades not being completed. Instead of taking responsibility, they blamed the age of the purchase and implied modifications could have happened on our end, even though they were the ones who shipped the system incorrectly and handled the upgrade. I would not recommend buying from this seller unless you independently verify every component immediately after delivery. Based on my experience, the advertised specs cannot be trusted. ... show more

Great investment, did my research and I can't complain
Color: RX580
So far, I'm loving it. Been running it EVERY DAY since it arrived, in a tight and well protected case. Took no time to start it up and get rolling. Performance is as expected with what I was looking for, mid-level gaming computer. The colors can be changed; although I have to pus hall the buttons to figure that one out, no manual at all, which is slightly odd, but ok. WiFi connection which was one of the biggest things I was looking for, is a solid 85-90%. I can't give it anything, past 90% because I have been dropped a few times, but that could be my AT&T fiber optic as well, so they get split blame. Still offers great gaming capabilities, just keep the wifi thing in mind; you might get dropped once every 100 matches or something. If you want to shed any doubt, just use an ethernet cord or an upgraded wifi booster and that fix it all. Solid build, nothing looks cheap. Going on three weeks, hope this stays true. ... show more

Great Computer
Color: RX580
I don't normally write reviews, but the customer service was amazing. When I initially received the computer, it didn't work, which was upsetting. I emailed customer service and they responded immediately, answered all of my questions asap, and assured me they would fix it free of charge if I sent it back. When they received it, they kindly updated me on the issue, showed pictures and a description of the issue (motherboard damaged during shipping), how they would fix it, and provided me with a tracking number so I could track when it arrives. I thought it would be forever until I would see it again, but I got it back in less than a week from when I sent it! They forgot to send the power cord back (they're only like $7), but after using one of my own, the computer worked incredibly! It could easily run my games, work/school material, and anything else I've been using it for without any issues. The computer itself is also very nice looking and super easy to set up. This is my first computer and I'm not really a tech person, so I don't have much to compare it to, but I do know it works better than any regular computer I've used in my life, especially for the price! 10/10 would recommend it to anyone looking to buy their first PC. ... show more

Solid gaming PC for the price. You're looking at a solid 120+ FPS for games like Fortnite and Valorant. The processor is an Intel Xeon E3. The Xeon E3 1230v6 is just a tougher, more reliable (server) version of the Intel i7-8770k. This is a super good CPU for a gaming pc at this price tier. Graphics-wise, the RX 580 8GB 2304sp so better than other companies. It is doing some solid work here. It's a reliable card, it gets solid fps in pretty much all games. Storage is good too, with a 512GB NVMe M.2. It’s quick, so your games load fast, and you have plenty of space for a bunch of them. Case-wise, Novatech did a great job here. The case and cooler look and feels very premium and is definitely future-proof. Overall, This Gaming PC is an excellent deal. It's got the power where it counts for gaming, especially if you're into titles that need that consistent, high frame rate. I included some videos and photos of its colors. The advertising checks out. ... show more

Great pc + good price, but old GPU
Color: RX580
I've had this PC for about 3 months; it's really fantastic, but the GPU is outdated. When the graphics driver updated, graphics-intensive games stopped working completely. I tried reinstalling the old drivers/changing some of my PC settings but it didn't work. I could still play games that were smaller, but in order to launch something like Final Fantasy 14 I had to replace the GPU with a more modern one. Overall im still quite satisfied with the purchase since the PC performs excellently. Even after replacing the GPU it was much more affordable than the alternatives ... show more
