Phanteks' LED Strip comes with 1x 400mm RGB LED Strip, the strip has 6 magnets embedded into the silicone housing that allows you to attach to any metal chassis. The 1x 400mm strip can be chainable and easier to manage when attaching to the chassis. The high performance RGB LED strip are compatible with Phanteks cases. The Phanteks RGB LED strip uses closely spaced, ultra- high brightness LEDs and incorporate a number of unique features that ensure long-lasting, bright and even illumination.

The media could not be loaded. These Magnetic Multicolor LED strips have performed better than Phanteks' Neon LED strips have. However, these LED strips have their flaws aswell. Pros: 1. The lights are bright and light up my whole PC case (Phanteks Enthoo Pro). 2. The LED strips can be daisy chained together. 3. The LED strips are clear so the whole strip will light up. Cons: 1. Phanteks is known for having good LED Strips but terrible mounting options for the strips. The magnets that are in strips aren't the best. They will stick to the case,but they will only keep the LED strips straight if all the magnets are in use. The strips would perform better if they had a few more magnets inside the strip. 2. The 3M adhesive tape that's included with the LED strips is terrible. It does not help the LED strips to stick to the case. 3. The plug is very sensitive, just barely moving it unplugs the LED strip. 4. These lights are somewhat compatible with Aura Sync and Armory Crate. However, they do not display the correct selected color(s). It will do Color Cycle and rainbow,but it will display different colors than one that is selected on the monitor. On Static for both softwares, the wrong color is displayed. Red selected displays green, orange selected displays light blue, light blue selected displays purple, purple selected displays red, etc. I have contacted Phanteks to see if there is anyway to fix this and I'll update once I hear something. ... show more

Overall, good brightness and works with ASUS TUF Gaming X570 Plus MB RGB header. Controlled by ASUS software. Only down side for me is that I would like stronger magnets. I have a metal case and having these in top of case after 10 mins started to fall. So I mounted on the bottom which worked out. Only comes with one wire to connect to one MB header. I did purchase an additional RGB wire and split the lights up ... show more

This LED strip is covered in a fairly stiff silicone encasement that makes for a tough time rounding bends in a case. I'm not quite sure why they felt the need to use such a stiff material given the suggested use of the product. Seriously, it doesn't need to be abuse resistant, plenty of delicate items in a PC. After ensuring my 2nd package was completely functional, I set to cutting it up and making my own LED Sections. Once again the silicone came to haunt me as the metal connection / cut points are covered in silicone requiring a careful scraping of a razor blade to remove it and get to the solder points. If you choose to do this, careful of the magnet locations. DO NOT cut it at a magnet; magnets are metal and it's difficult on cutters, and the magnets themselves will cause a short. Just don't do it, I tried and it's not fun and you'll just end up cutting that section off. The colors are good, it's a very bright strip compared to the stuff you'll find for the back of TVs at that wal-store -- those strips are 5v rated too so if you think about it, it gets complicated. This is a 12v LED strip. The connector on this strip is NOT LED header ready. Why they didn't include a small connector is beyond me. They'll sell it to you for 5 bucks though --- all 25 cents worth of it. For that reason it gets 3 stars on value. For the stiff silicone incapble of making bends in a PC case, combined with the silicone covered soldering contacts it also earns 3 starts on ease of install. These are my opinions, I've built computers for nearly 2 decades and I've seen it all. I spent 12hrs making custom LED strips out of this from start to finish. Mainly due to finding uses on the far side of my case which is also full tempered glass like the main side. Didn't want dual glass sides but since I got it due to availability, I also cut up the power supply cables to make it look like a modern art masterpiece. ... show more

If I based this review solely on the lights this would be a 5 star all day. The reason I'm giving it only 4 stars is for some minor issues, most of which might be subjective to me. I purchased the 1 meter strip for reference. I don't like to see the light strips themselves inside the case so installing this was a bit of a hassle. These strips are built really durable and encased in a thick rubber which becomes an issue when trying to make some bends around the case. I wanted the lights sticking to the top of the case facing down so when it came time to do the corners it was a lot of trial and error. In retrospect buying the 400mm strips like that which came with my case and daisy chaining a few of them together would have been a better option. The strip also has magnets on the back to help it stick to a metal case. The only issue here is that they are so small and far between and the strip so heavy that they don't always hold it to the case well. Not a major issue since you can use zip-ties, double sided tape, or attach your own magnets with a sticky backing to help. The strip does come with a few double sided strips but I'd just throw them in the trash and buy something else. They are super sticky on one side and not the other. They wouldn't stick to the light strip good enough so it would eventually pull apart from the case. I'm honestly happy with the purchase since I wanted a strip to match the one that came with my case. And after a little bit of trial and error I got it in the case in a way that I'm happy with. ... show more
