Absolutely love this design and style but they are not for paper plate users that treat their dishes like frisbee’s. Every guest goes on and on about their tasteful appearance. The small raised lines cause no issues unless you need a chainsaw to cut your meat. I bought two sets of these dishes and have to 90% agree with other reviews that the quality and pattern are very very nice. I have a grey kitchen so these dishes are perfect. I would have given a 5 star rating instead if 4 if it had not been for one thing. Someone game a set of this plates and I love them, little heavy but I don’t care. I like to do my dishes by hand so I use gloves to have a better grip. To me they look very nice. I have a set in brown and gifted a blue set to my son, he is also very pleased with his set
