When I first bought it the tires were flat. So I towed it to the gas station and I couldn't tell it was behind me cuz it was so quiet. But as soon as I put air in the tires it started rattling. But that's how I know it's behind me. When you put stuff in it though it weighs it down and it's really quiet. It follows along quite nicely but don't go too fast around corners because you might tip it over. ... show more

This product arrived with a metal bracket damaged/bent to the point where we could not insert the rear rail into position. We ended up fixing this ourselves rather than going through the hassle of sending it back. But it took us some time to get the correct alignment. Also the hole in the bracket that mounts to the rear axle of the e-bike was just slightly too small to fit my 19mm axle bolt and had to be drilled out to work. As others have noted, the metal parts can be noisy when cart is empty, assembly directions are terrible, and the tire quality isn’t great. But, once it’s assembled and the noisy areas are addressed it’s a sturdy cart and rolls easily. I hardly notice it there behind my Majicycle Oscelot Pro eBike. Flat tires were easy and relatively inexpensive to repair. ... show more

Its durable hitting curbs don't matter as design allows to just drive up curb if it's to close, i barely feel bike pulling it, only down side is it doesn't hold as much as cheap Walmart carts but if you want durability and weight limit this is your cart

The product is as described. Much smaller than I was expecting and the sheet metal for the bottom is very very thin. About the thickness of a sheet of paper!
