The design and quality are great except the two bars that cover the wheels on the outside would not snap on and one was crushed in shipping… I probably don’t need them for my application but if I did it would be disappointing

    • Sturdy trailer but packing could be better
Some of the parts inside package came in scratched and not wrapped in plastic. Paid a lot of money and received what looks like used or re-shipped parts. My trailer must have been a return at one time. Not very happy.

I'm sure this was just a accident but one of my tires came flat. I thought it might have been just forgotten when pumping up but after my 2nd use I realized it was flat agian. It will not stay inflated for more than 2 days. I'm not sure who to contact but I'm positive due to thier reputation that this will be fixed/replaced. Easy to assemble, no damage in shipping, the tires and tubes are already put on (just add air), the bed cover and bed top cover are nice touches, and the cargo bed itself is HUGE! Rolls well with my bike too.
