    • Missing bolts and nuts
Everything looks good and is in apparently working condition. I haven't used it yet but looks of sturdy construction and quality material. My only problem was that the hinge construction was missing 2 carriage bolts and matching lock nuts. They cost me an unwanted trip to Home Depot and $2.79. Home Depot didn't have anything smaller than ¼ inch bolts that didn't fit quite right but did the job. ... show more

Really cheap product. Wheels wobble like crazy, they’re super loose in the tube. One of the holes in the instructions was missing so we had to drill it to match the directions before I could even assemble it. Everything jangles around while riding. I don’t trust this for downhills in Seattle where I’m riding. Nice idea, low quality. ... show more

I have already ordered 3 of these carts. And the third one I have gotten is missing hardware nuts and bolts. If you are riding as much as I with 2 hours a day every day for 5 days a week then this might be the cheapest modle to go with. It really works well if you get the right one. The bolts will brake after a while and there is no safety rope to use if there is a disconnection happens. The bottom cross bar, where connects could where it brakes first.. ... show more

This really kinda sucks but it will do what it's meant to do, hence, 2 stars and not 1. The box itself had a hole like someone punched or kicked it and then MAJOR amounts of tape used to keep everything inside. Not a good start. As far as I can tell I had all needed parts except.. How do you tighten a nut on a bolt when there's nothing to get leverage on the bolt side? To top it off, the nut itself has what I'm guessing is a little extra oomph coating on the inside for holding it in place.. if you could actually tighten it enough to put it in place. Off to the hardware store for replacement bits cuz it's less of a hassle than a return. ... show more
