    • Missing bolts and nuts
Everything looks good and is in apparently working condition. I haven't used it yet but looks of sturdy construction and quality material. My only problem was that the hinge construction was missing 2 carriage bolts and matching lock nuts. They cost me an unwanted trip to Home Depot and $2.79. Home Depot didn't have anything smaller than ¼ inch bolts that didn't fit quite right but did the job. ... show more

I drive slowly with it but it's just 2.5 miles to the store so at 8-10 miles an hour I get to the store in 15 minutes but it takes me about 10 minutes to get there I hit a pothole doing 15mph with an empty trailer with one of the trailer tires it dropped about 6 inches and sprang up and wrenched the trailer off the ball hitch it won't do that with weight in the trailer but will do it with an empty trailer has a 200 pound payload so I get groceries in it ... show more

    • Small “Bicycle Wagon”
Although this product is a decent size which in my opinion is about half the size of a pull wagon, this product cannot be utilized for any type and / or style of e-bike due to the onward and lengthy (long and tall) arm shape attachment that is stationary and can only fit for an average 26” / 28” standard “bicycle that attaches to the rear of the bike only. However, I still only rate it 3 stars because it still can be utilized as a small grocery hauler if you’re commuting on foot to a local market, gas station, General or hardware store and can hold up to 3 grocery bags full of items and if you don’t mind pulling a short length in distance to do so!     • Not a smooth ride
Because it attaches to the seat post, the trailer will always be felt up your crack and this constant feeling makes the trailer feel broken
