I like the quality of the bag. Sturdy, versatile, and my pup feels safe. Using for day to day trips, and air travel in near future. I have a Chihuahua Mix (9lbs) and she's able to turn around and lay comfortably. LOVE that the side expand outwards for more room as needed. ❤🙏🏽

My almost 20 lb Shih-tzu dog, who is taller than most and longer than he should be (!), really likes this carrier. The expansions on it are FABULOUS. Not sure how long the pleather will last but it is serving our purpose for now! Dimensions are accurate, whereas other Carriers have not been. Be sure to measure when you receive one so your pet can be sure to travel with you. Excellent ventilation when open, but the top panel is hard to snap to hold back, and he doesn't like when it's closed over his head. Maybe add a screen on top, too? ... show more

Such a uniquely styled pet carrier. I flew with 2 lion head rabbits (2.5lbs each) in this carrier (which was a little snug for them but it worked out), during a layover I expanded the bag so that they could stretch out and observe their surroundings. This bag attracts attention and you will get complimented on it. During the flight I was also able to expand one side of the carrier out which provided my buns with more space. I like that the bottom is detachable so I wrapped a pee pad on the bottom. I only wish there were more openings for the pet to see outside when the bag is not expanded. Other than this, I absolutely love this bag. 10/10 recommend. ... show more

I ordered both the extendable sided one and the one without extensions. believe it or not, because the extendable one was cheaper. didn't work out bc the extendable one was less desirable to me. overall I like the bag, but I'm the type that always tweaks products that just need a little help as was in this case. I have the black one. I ordered the tan and wine one and they look cheap to me. I also ordered the black and tan and that looks nice as well. I decided to go with basic black so that I don't have to constantly clean scuff marks. EXTENDABLE Pros: well made easy to put together looks great Cons: - when closed up, the mesh from the side extensions gets into the area where the pet sits/lays. my puppy would eat that up toot suite. also the padding goes into that area too, thus minimizing that space. too messy for me - slippery shoulder strap, same with the long additional shoulder strap they give you NON-EXTENDABLE Pros are the same as above Plus there's better room in the place where the pet will sit/lay. Cons - handles are too slippery - my puppy's weight is at the front, but then that means that the back end has nothing to counterweigh the front. I added my own shoulder strap and will put a thin non-slip foam padding so I can somewhat control the strap so as to balance the bag better...so that I don't have to fight with keeping the bag's weight from going forward. I think it'll work ok. - the handles are too slippery and since ill be adding my own shoulder strap, I pulled the handles down and snapped them under, at the bottom of the bag. if I want to use it as more of a hand bag the straps are still there, unscathed. ... show more

Missing Tag on zipper! I am really disappointed. I have been looking forward to this purchase for a while now. It’s very difficult to zipper the bag without the tag, as well as really annoying when your in a rush. I reached out to the company, I really hope they send me one.
